Rating For poor service. Every other Starbucks has got it right but this one not yet hopefully they can hire some competent employees. Drinks also do not taste the same here as they’re probably just learning how to create them so if you have a fancy drink order, wouldnt recommend coming here

Barista Mel wanted to have a very rude and disrespectful attitude over confirmation during taking my order that it was iced beverages, she handed me hot ones and proceeded to slam items around when I told her that I had ordered iced beverages. I’ve worked customer service for 20 years and this is clearly an employee who had no pride In Customer service, hopeful she doesn’t bring down moral of the entire crew because yeesh.

This is my favorite Starbucks! The ladies and all the team member are friendly, caring and nice. They always have a great attitude. The manager always writes something nice in your coffee cups which is very appreciated. Thanks 😊

This is the worst location i have ever been to. Consistently bad service everytime. Unprofessional attitudes and it seems like their personal conversations are more important than helping the customer.. This is currently the closest location but after this last visit I will take the drive and deal with traffic than to feel like I am imposing on them.

This Starbucks is the closest one for those that live near by but the lines can be quite ridiculous especially when coming to grab your morning coffee and you are in line for over 20 minutes because there is only one barista to take orders and make orders. I don’t believe that is right to the customers or baristas. All of the baristas are very nice.
I love this starbucks they always make my drink right. EVERY OTHER STARBUCKS I GO TO MY COFFEE TASTE LIKE WATER .BUT THIS STARBUCKS IS PERFECT AND THEy ALWAYS MAKE MY DRINKS PERFECT I love them i will only go to this starbucks Only

WORST customer service! This young lady was disrespectful she literally threw the straws at me and made these drinks messy! I understand she was working alone and there was a line, but this don't give the ok to mistreat customers (BTW when I walked in to order there was no line) and to make it worst our drinks weren't good at all specially the pink drinks were a big disappointment. Management needs to either get more personnel or retrained this lady on my receipt shows the cashier name Annalise.
