This Starbucks is the closest one for those that live near by but the lines can be quite ridiculous especially when coming to grab your morning coffee and you are in line for over 20 minutes because there is only one barista to take orders and make orders. I don’t believe that is right to the customers or baristas. All of the baristas are very nice.

Took 15 minutes to place an order then the clerk told us that she needs to clean the machine which takes 15-20 minutes. If you have about 45 minutes to kill for a coffee, this is your store

Make sure you check your hot drinks before you leave. I ordered 3 hot lattes and took them out in a carrier. When I got home, one of them was ice cold. Like not even like warm, you could feel how cold the cup was. They probably just reused a drink that was cancelled or never picked up.... Such bull. Customers should receive what they pay for. How did they think was ok? I tried calling the number listed but it's just the Vons general number and they put you on hold and recycle you to the main menu until the system can't patch you to a service line.

I always stop by here to get myself some morning coffee or breakfast before work, the employees from here are the BEST! They're always so understanding, and they're always on the job I recommend the "caramel ribbon crunch frap" they make it the best ;)

I love this starbucks they always make my drink right. EVERY OTHER STARBUCKS I GO TO MY COFFEE TASTE LIKE WATER .BUT THIS STARBUCKS IS PERFECT AND THEy ALWAYS MAKE MY DRINKS PERFECT I love them i will only go to this starbucks Only

Service was quick, but the line to order was too long. Only one barista to take each order and to make the order. She worked quickly as humanly possible… but she definitely could have used help.

I waited behind 2 customers in line. When it was my turn to order the lady decided to stop the line and not take my order, even though I has been waiting. They were getting maintenance done BUT the guy doing the maintenance told the lady not to stop serving. We had to go somewhere else while we were in a rush. What a horrible experience!!

Very slow. I went today and there was one worker, however she was extremely slow and I felt it was on purpose because clients continued to leave the line.

Not sure why this location has low starts. I've never had an issue with their service. People are always nice and helpful and my orders come out quick. My only critique is I wish it stayed open as long as the grocery store did.
