Representives are nice. But this location is extremely noisy and you can hear all the door slams and chairs moving. Also the wall sockets have holes. My caramel frap was more watery than anothing else and it tasted off. Poorly giving with caramel above the cup. The love is missing from this location. I could only stand being in here for just a little because everything is just so loud. You're better outside than inside unfortunately.

I was here on Saturday 12-6-2025 for the Christmas parade, cashier was friendly but the rest of the staff was rude. I stepped out for a second and was met at the door by by an employee stating I couldn't go back in because I would be cutting in line. Drinks where atrocious tasted like steamed water the had to remake my order multiple times. If staff had proper training or a stress test to manage crowds they would be better prepared for these situations.

I love me my coffee every morning, but what better place than a place that makes you feel at home! Everyone is so friendly, and not only do you get a warm welcome, but they take the time to acknowledge your presence by looking at you and smiling. Very attentive, efficient, polite, nice working crew! Also, I want to take this opportunity to thank the store manager Danny for always being visible and supporting his team. my drive thru order was prepared very quickly, the two girls at the window were sweet too! i believe one of them was named natalie, thank you ^.^

For starters the music is always SO EXTREMELY LOUD. To the point you can not even have a conversation with the cashier.
The manger Nicolas is completely and utterly RUDE. Every time I come in he is always talking to the other staff, just chilling, while you can clearly see the other workers stressed out trying to keep up.
My last visit he was completely rude and demeaning to one of the young lady’s, who was going at Mac 10 trying to get orders done while Nicolas just stood there, spoke down to her, insulted her, and is plain rude.
When I called him out on it, he said I was more then welcome to leave a complaint, but that he was “cool” with the General Manager Danny, and so that he wouldn’t get in trouble.
This is absolutely ridiculous behavior by the manager Nicolas. I work around the block and have come here every morning 5 days a week for 3 years, but today was my last day.
