This Starbucks needs major help in managing time, efficiency, accuracy. It’s sad to say most Starbucks don’t care of their customer service but those three things should be an importance to run a drive thru and this Starbucks doesn’t have. Very disappointing come to this location everytime

Order a drink with a brownie at first they only gave me my drink and then they forgot about my brownie so when I told her I was missing a brownie and when I got to work and was about to eat the brownie it had a hair 😡😡🤢🤮

Parking: Parking is hard to.find on the boulevard but there is a parking lot behind starbucks

They do not provide full service during the hours advertised on their door (4:30am - 9:00pm). They did not open to pedestrian customers until 7:00am. They refused to serve someone without a car.

Have been in line for 20m for drive through. That’s not ok. Either they are under staffed or veryyy slow!

I don't normally leave negative reviews, but when it is regarding absolutely horrible service and bait and switching, I certainly will. Not good business practice to run a promotion, then not honor it during your promotional period, day and time. Sorry, not going to go back to Starbucks after this type of experience. This is the second time this has happened and the employees do not want to provide any remedy. A one star even feels like too much right now.
