The staff is honestly the sweetest and most helpful staff I've encountered at any Starbucks. I love my Blvd Starbucks.

For starters the music is always SO EXTREMELY LOUD. To the point you can not even have a conversation with the cashier.
The manger Nicolas is completely and utterly RUDE. Every time I come in he is always talking to the other staff, just chilling, while you can clearly see the other workers stressed out trying to keep up.
My last visit he was completely rude and demeaning to one of the young lady’s, who was going at Mac 10 trying to get orders done while Nicolas just stood there, spoke down to her, insulted her, and is plain rude.
When I called him out on it, he said I was more then welcome to leave a complaint, but that he was “cool” with the General Manager Danny, and so that he wouldn’t get in trouble.
This is absolutely ridiculous behavior by the manager Nicolas. I work around the block and have come here every morning 5 days a week for 3 years, but today was my last day.

Delicious 😋
Apparently I need to buy something everytime I want to use the bathroom here. Doesn't matter if I bought something yesterday. I'm tired of people not taking care of eachother.
Only business in town that refuses to allow first responders to use the restroom without first standing in line and making a purchase

I was at this location on Monday March 31st around noon. I don't usually go inside, but I was with my daughter and thought it would be nice to sit down and enjoy a drink. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the service that day. The young lady who took our order was impolite, and her facial expression conveyed anger. Even my 11-year-old daughter asked me why the young lady seemed mad and rude.
I understand that everyone can have a bad day or feel stressed, especially when it's busy, but it was not busy at that time. Once we placed our order, we sat down to wait for our drinks and food. My daughter then went to ask the same girl for the code to the bathroom, but my daughter was ignored because this girl was talking to other employee. I then pointed out to my daughter that she should ask the male employee who was taking an order from someone else, and he kindly provided her with the code.
I was upset about the service, and we only stayed for a very short time. Usually, when I come in, Emily helps me, and she is very nice. Other employees are friendly too. Sadly my daughter and I had a very negative experience that day.
Prices are higher here despite this place always not being fully stocked. Sadly, even a basic iced coffee doesn't taste good here. I keep making the mistake of coming here. Will just stick to the Starbucks that is closer to my house.
My coworker and I arrived and requested the code for the restroom prior to ordering. We were told that we needed to pay for something prior to using the bathroom. I glanced at the three person line and then was told the code and said that in the future, that's our policy. My co-worker stayed in line only to find out when it was her turn to order that they were only accepting cash. Would it not have been feasible for them to mention prior to getting in line? The lack of judgment and how they chose to communicate with their customers is ridiculous. The cashier, without looking at me, writing on a cup, asked what I wanted. I mentioned communication, she started to tell me next time.... I told her that there would be no this time or next time. We left this establishment uncaffeinated.
I’ve been a Starbucks customer for years and I’ve never experienced such a horrible service.
Nick the manager is the rudest Starbucks employee ever I honestly have no idea who gave him to run a store.
No wonder Starbucks is losing customer base with that kind of hiring
Very low standard
Sat in the drive through with 3 other cars for about 10 mins. Sign on. Lights on. Car in front of me finally decided to drive up to window. Woman working inside just making hand signs like it's closed. But you can't turn off your sign? Or block off the drive way? Waste of my time.
