The worst experience I've ever had at a Subway before. 2 days before Christmas and the lady working locked all the doors so I couldn't get in the lobby and had to walk through the drive-thru to pick up my order. Then she gave me an attitude because I walked through the drive-thru. But how else was I supposed to pick up my food? If the doors were locked. Then she just hands me my food and doesn't even say anything, worse customer service in the world. So rude. I'm the one that had to wish her a Merry Christmas and say thank you for my own food rather than her saying. Thank you for being a customer. I'll never go to this location again.

It says open on website, it's not open at 3.30pm. this place is a joke. Service bad. Unreliable. Can't call, mailbox is full. SUBWAY GET YR ACT TOGRETHER.
Why is the lobby closed at 4:20 ?

I went to the subway in Lancaster,ca. The sub had a lot of mayonnaise and mustard, I have order in the Ridgecrest subways, never had a problem with over doing the mayonnaise and mustard, I couldn’t finish my 6 inch subway!

If you want your sandwich made right don't bother ordering in the app. For some reason they pick and choose what they want to follow when you give them special instructions. Frustrating part is you can only get the deals through the app . Makes it very frustrating when they don't follow your special instructions.

Update: went again this week. Went through the drive thru (since the lobby was closed again) and no one answered, went to the window and no one answered, called and no one answered (with a full mailbox), went to the door and knocked and guess what... no one answered lol. There was a car that was there and they had been open for more that 25 mins. It's very weird.
Lobby is always closed. Went there this morning, went through the drive thru, and they said they had a big catering order so they wouldn't be open (even though it was 10:30am) for a while.

If u can take EBT, why not debit card? Why asking for only cash?
I came at 6:55 PM and they told me they were closed and only accepting online orders for pick up. But according to Google, they close at 8 PM so I’m not sure why they did not want to take my order when I went to the drive-through
Came in at 10:30am front door said lobby was closed, so proceeded to drive thru and no service there either. Just a bad experience when hungry.

The Girl unique Was very rude to me and my Friend she dropped the olive oil bottle in the jalapenos and looks like she had a attitude when I asked for extra meat on my sandwich I've already had a bad day and that just topped it off for me but hey the food was Good.
This store has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Lady made me wait in the drive thru 15 didn't even take my order... no vars were in front of me she said they were busy but it was only 1 customer I. The store. I told her I was there to pick up an order and then she said pull forward. She then printed out the order and began making it. With took an additional 10 minutes. I u assigned from the order and left. This is the worst customer service period !!!

The building says under new management but why did I sit there for 10 mins after ordering through the drive thru and after taking my card they come back saying their machine is down so I left without my lunch
