My son went in to the subway to get something to drink and this man and Woman that didn’t want to show her face denied him service for absolutely no reason because it was raining and they said they couldn’t let them in there at the time was 6:30PM and they said that their lobby was closed already, and the lobby doesn’t close until 7pm they were very rude and disrespectful did not want to give any kind of information or did not allow my son to buy anything then I called the store and asked for their managers number and he said he would not give it to me. He then started to argue with me because he wanted to know why I wanted his managers number number. THIS WAS A VERY BIG ACT OF DISCRIMINATION And it will not be tolerated

Admittedly I for the most part I only buy their chocolate chip cookies. Their cookies ? are the absolute best!!! They are soft all the time even though they are fully cooked. I truly appreciate the drive through option!!!!!!!!! I also like the cold cut combo.Dietary restrictions: I’m allergic to pork and peanut butter.

Sandwich was great. We got one of the pretzel sidekicks and it sucked. It was hard almost like an cracker. I could have used it to knock someone out. Will never do it again. If I want a pretzel, I will go to Auntie Annies.

I placed an order in the app and stupidly made it for the West Ave J store instead of East Ave J, I tried to call so I could cancel the order but was unable to get through. I placed another order at the East store because I didn't have time to drive to the other side of town, I had a sick fur baby at home and at that point if I had to pay for a sandwich I didn't get, so be it. Imagine my surprise when I received a phone call from the West store checking on why I hadn't picked up my order, I explained to Aaron what had happened and he immediately refunded me! I couldn't have been more surprised by this type of customer service, gives me hope for the world. Thank you, Aaron!! (Hope I spelled your name right.)
