Here i sit and its been 15 since I asked. The manager days her name is Elizabeth. When asking her name i was given the rudest response and the Soda machine still isn't fixed. Ive returned to the counter to ask about yhe sida machine i was never answered. I asked for some napkins that were literally just thrown down on the counter. ELIZABETH Really needs to tefresh her customer service. Just horrible.

I enjoy coming to this location the night crew is very friendly and easy to get along with I normally come in between 11:30pm - 2:30am. They always give great service, although some customers may be tough to deal with due to the area of the location they are by far the best location in the Lancaster area that I have been to.

This Subway SUCKS. The late night employees are all lazy and incompetent. Takes forever for them to do anything and they're rude on top of it. I hate this place.
