Got a foot long Turkey sub, literally just meat and cheese, but they charged me for 2 six inches because they saw it was for my 2 kids. When I asked I why they couldn’t charge it as a footlong, they said they just couldn’t. Uhu.

Went in picked up 3 sandwhiches OLD BREAD crusty and hard around the edges and falling apart from bread. Called girl said manager will be back on Sunday twice she did not seem to care that it was old said if you still have them bring them and we can make you another one ... with old bread??? I found it rather interesting that when we left after receiving our order, the franchise holder (owner) did not have the courtesy to say hi, thank us for visiting his establishment, or at least acknowledgethe fact that we had just visited his location. Every other place I go, if the owner is there, at least smile at the customers as they are leaving to show appreciation for the customers visiting his establishment. Also, we had to walk around his car to get inside as he was parked on the sidewalk in front of the door. I hope at least his employees pick up better customer service etiquette than this guy shows.

I hope the manger sees this review. The customer service was terrible! It was a teenage boy who had absolutely no manners whatsoever. I came in and he asked the typical, "what kind of bread?" I said, "a foot long wheat please, and can you also toast that?" He did not reply and proceeded to toast it, I thought it was weird he didn't ask if I wanted cheese but I chalked that up to being my fault for not asking. After it was done toasting he asked what kind of sandwich, I said, "chicken please but can I also get cheese?" He sighed and asked, "what kind of cheese?" I told him what I wanted and then I asked if he could toast it so it can melt, he replied with, "I already toasted it." I said I know, but can you toast it again for the cheese to melt? He replied no I already toasted it. Frustrated, I said okay and proceeded to toppings he kept saying, "anything else" while I kept telling him what I wanted and he kept repeating it and wrapped my sandwich wrong, slammed it on the counter that toppings fell out of it, most of the end bun was sticking out of the wrapping touching the dirty money counter. He the whole time while taking my order, putting my toppings, cashing me out, was talking to his coworker, about going to the gym, and didn't hear most of what I said and when he didn't hear me because he was talking he would say, "what? what did you say?" Terrible customer service never coming back again. Won't be eating this sandwich that was rubbed and slammed on the money counter.
