I paid for extra bacon and they put half or less the normal amount. Usually I get a the guys who work in there but today it was the ladies. My daughter said the ladies always rip you off. This is sad but apparently true.

I went into Subway this afternoon for lunch and the guy that rung me up made a comment about my sexuality and than proceeded in giving me a discount on the foot-long sandwich based off his assumption. The problem was my sexuality should have never been in questioned nor should a discount be given based off the assumption. This was unprofessional behavior. If I was someone else this could have been very bad for this young man. Further training needs to be implemented.

I LOVE subway I can have it everyday. I usually go to the subway on L and 40th west because they're are just on it and they're amazing overall but yesterday before closing I ordered on the app and when I picked up my order I was extremely disappointed...I don't usually ask for extra anything but yesterday I had asked for extra chipotle sauce and some how my sub was still dry and basically only bread . There was barely any meat maybe 1 scoop for the whole footlong and it was dry . I ordered 2 subs and both were dry and barely had anything inside . I asked for avocado and I know it's extra and I never mind but when I get it served sloppy like guacamole i do mind . It was so messy and dry I honestly couldn't believe it . I was going to take it back but they had closed ... never had this ever happened to me and I'm not the type to complain but this was ridiculous and disappointing. I will continue buying Subway because it's my favorite but I will never be buying from this location ever again especially not thru the app . The best location is L and 40th in my opinion..I felt upset that I tipped and still got horrible service and subs ..
