I came in to your guys store on my lunch break, no one greets me. I stand and wait to be helped. 5 mins go by no tells me they are gonna help me in a bit, they dont even look at me. I end up walking out because it feela like they donr care to help me and as I walk out one of the guys working there scoffs under his breathe. Everytime I come to this Subway location they always have the worst customer service. All the workers are rude and no one acknowledges the customers that come in. I ended up getting lunch at the Roll house next doorđ, they had me in and out in 6 mins.

Terrible service. The lady who usually works there has the WORST attitude/customer service. I waited and waited...She was soooo slow and didn't bother to acknowledge I was there, waiting. Got tired of waiting, and being ignored, and walked away. Used to go there often but I'm not going back.

Placed an order online and it didnât show option to toast it I went into the location before they started making the sandwich to see if they can toast it and Maribel Told me I had to void my entire order and reorder it just to get it toasted because it has to be taxed correctly?

The woman who was working Thursday, 9/5/24 at 11:00 am doesn't like her job whatsoever. There's absolutely no need to have such a bad attitude upon a customer walking into your business. I will never return to this location again.

This Subway is my go-to for a quick sandwich to eat in the Antelope Valley. The service received is excellent and the ingredients are fresh. The staff keep busy, constantly restocking items and making sure the store stays in excellent shape. -1 star: The manager is cheap and runs their AC at a luke-warm 83â°F in an environment with brutally hot ovens. Sometimes hard to find parking.
Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options.
Dietary restrictions: Cooked to order options.
Kid-friendliness: Don't forget to bring your kids for some cookies.
The Manager of the place is totally a unprofessional persone , disrespectful and not courteous No happy with her service , and the atmosphere this of place seen hostal, I order toasted sandwich and she said no you did not , and she tryed to argue, she did not want to place it in the oven cos she did not hear me at the beginning of the order I left immediately

I ordered a 6 inch tuna on wheat at 1000 am.... why in the hell is my bread is crispy hard and stale. I paid 29 bucks for 2 drinks chips a footlong and 6 inch what a terrible waste of my hard earned money and time. I'm never eating here again because this is not the first time this has happened. The person making my sandwiches new this wheat bread was stale af! Seriously? I am very upset with the quality of Subway these days!
Places closes at 10 walked in at 9:35 there was a young lady cleaning the tables saw me walked in dogged me out. the person making the sandwiches told me they were no longer taking orders itâs 9:35pm seriously ? Also the lady cleaning tables couldâve let me know also .
