This place is a disappointment the service sucks slow the food is nice and cold burnt undercooked chicken I will be surprised if this place does not get shut down permanently from the health department I am calling out the main boss are you allowing the staff to get people sick or you just pretend not to see

Louis this manager - I have 2 names for pick up - he wanted me to pick one by one and go around again for the second one, that’s a ridiculous process and see the pictures long lines just to get the second order

Terrible experience do not spend your money here . We pulled into the drive thru we don't even get greeted . You can tell the guy just wants us in and out quick . At the end he asks if i want sauce i say yes . Tell me why when i leave their is no sauce in the bag or napkins even though he asked me which i wanted . Food was cold and also their was a man in the parking lot literally smokin a crack from a pipe .

This is a bad custumer service business. I used to work at taco bell and I move out here and went in to buy combo number 4 and I know you can customize your order, that’s why they charge what the customer wants extra or change.
They said because of their standard they won’t change it and we have to buy the combo as it comes in the pictures. I wanted steak and 3-cheese blen and guac and an extra shel inside my order. Do to their standard only they couldn’t do it. Even tho I mention yes you can do it because I used to work there they refuse so I refuse to purchase my order.

Placed an online order for pick up thru drive thru. Placing it, I also received a doordash order for the same place. I pulled up to the speaker, asked for both. Young girl at the speaker says they can't give me the DD order through the drive thru window. Why? It's taco bell policy. So what do you guys do when the lobby is closed? How do the dashers get the orders if they HAVE to come through lobby but lobby is closed, since it's taco bell policy.
There was 0 reason they couldn't hand me the order through the window. I was picking uplot

Fodd was kinda thrown together. My napkins were all balled up, gross. Like seriously, who used my napkins before giving them to me? No eating utensils for my potatoes. Out of the freeze I ordered. Taco bell large freeze is a joke, literally 2 sauce packages high by two wide. Server was rude, area around the store was trashy and that's all brand new, no excuse. This location is garbage. I suggest somewhere else.

I laugh at the amount of people on here complaining about tacobell, come on damn! The problem started with you wanting taco bell in the 1st place. Truthfully all the inbred stoners and uneducated outcast that get hired at tacobell don't give a damn about that job! Nor your food, customer service or basically the food & beverage department period. It's a paycheck and thats all its a shame that society supports places like this and keep them in business. If the state of California stopped eating tacobell for a month they would have to cut back so much it' makes me smile thinking about it! Feed your family, especially CHILDREN homecooked food. Yes I know it's a time sensitive matter sometimes but make time. I'd rater my kids eat late, than to be forced to eat McDonald's at 7pm. *On a side note, that lady on here saying she asked for no beef, then made it all the way home before realizing they added it to the nachos anyway...she knows damn well those nachos didn't make it home before that topped got popped and heard that growl...lol

I ordered food through the drive thru yesterday and since I don’t eat beef I told them to make my nachos w/o meat… but once I got home and was about to eat I saw that the nachos had beef in it.. I took a picture of it and the receipt so I can show them as proof. I called them and no one would the phone. So today I went there to show it and get food a a credit for the nachos.. the manager at this taco bell was rude as hell.. didn’t listen to what I was saying and said we don’t give discounts or credits here! Are you serious you messed up an order and you can’t give credit for it.. I don’t know what that manager was thinking but he gave me a free taco supreme coupon… like WTH!!! I don’t need a coupon.. I just wanted credit for a mistake that they made and you throw a coupon in my face… I wouldn’t even give them any stars but gave one so I can write a review!!! Never going back to this Taco Bell again… I highly not recommend going to this Taco Bell at all…

I went there on Tuesday early afternoon and the food and service was good. Then I went back on May 5th around 11:30 am Sunday and the food was really gross, and service was okay. I had problems with their food before and some of the same people working on May 5 were there before when my food was gross. I think it is certain employees who are making the food gross. I notice different management at that time to.

The pizza was fine only thing they didn’t cut it but the burrito was trash!!!! You can taste the sogginess right when you bite into the burrito. Trash!!!!!

Service was horrible employees standing in the back, talking to each other three employees saw me standing there waiting to be helped and looked the other way and the food was horrible I took a bite into a Cinnabon delight, and it was still frozen. So they made me a new batch, and the other batch was still frozen same as first. But the service is what was really bad and it’s a new location this restaurant should be top-tier friendly employees
