I attempted an order of simple item, a beef burrito with onions, cheese, and sour cream. The woman taking my order ( I asked her name she never provided )at first said bean and I am VERY aware that this is silly . I repeated order at window she said just no red sausage. I looked at her. She could’ve just said add sour cream to person making order and kept it moving I would’ve never known and I’ve been eating my food right now. Terrible customer service it’s not my responsibility to know how they prepare orders and also waited in drive-through is terrible how they built building you have to block traffic. That’s not the Resturant’s fault. I will never go back to this location again ever. And the fact that I’m writing, this out, really means that I am not happy. I know it’s just a burrito, but treat people the way you wanna be treated. And here stupid me I’m willing to pay $599 for freaking burrito.

I used to easily drop $80 at this location but I will going elsewhere from now on. I had to take my younger son to the restroom while I waited for my order to be finished and my husband could hear the workers talking smack how I ordered too much food. Then these workers had the audacity to hand free food to some customer who also thought to talk smack about how much food I had ordered for my family. Seriously tired of the lack of good customer service at many fast food establishments. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Me and my wife went to taco bell on K off the freeway. We ordered 4 taco supremes, we got more lettuce and cheese 🧀 then meat. Waste of money. We won't go there again. Rather go to Del taco. This place is a rip off 👎

They rushed me at the drive threw windows with no one else in line, as I was trying to update the taco bell app. And told me to hurry up because they had a timer. It was not a good time.
