I happened to go here one day looking to grab some tacos and noticed they had buche on the menu. I ended up having a buche burrito and it was delicious! I asked if this shop was partnered with the Gonzales meat market a few doors away and they confirmed it. No wonder their meats are so fresh and tasty. Love this place.
Please add seasoning to food! We ordered Carnitas tacos and Carne Asada tacos. Both were very bland; no flavor. The green sauce was watery and flavorless. U can cook better! Flavor, seasoning, salt?
This is my spot. I have had everything on the menu. It's all great. Everything comes from the store next to it owned by the same owner. Fresh everything. And the people are the salt of the earth.
