Teriyaki & Roll House

The place okay its really overpriced. Plus it doesnt have the tradition a sushi restaurant atmosphere. More or so a empty burger restaurant atmosphere. . Im just being honest

I wish I knew where they get their meat at. I could recreate almost anything, but this has been a challenge. I’ve only been here once, and the plate I ordered has been on my mind non stop since. I believe I got the teriyaki beef plate. If my one order is enough to go by, the food here is amazing.

Okay, here to edit my original review. I’ve come twice more since my original review. The second time, they gave my order to a complete stranger that came in to order after me. I knew something was wrong because at this point, I’ve already been waiting a while. Then those people came in and said they got the wrong order, I knew it was mine. They tried giving me that order and I told them no, I want a new set freshly cooked. I spent over 40 minutes waiting for 2 plates. No apologies, no trying to correct the mistake, nothing for the inconvenience.

Next and last time, I went in, waited in line to order, and when we finally got to the front, we were redirected to a new tablet made to order. Okay, cool I guess 🤷🏽‍♀️. I still had questions to ask. We still had to ask the questions to figure out what meal we were going for. When the next people show up and they take their order at the front desk like they didn’t just tell us to order on the tablet??? Anyways. We get home, and it’s not even the order we wanted. When I called to say as much, guy copped an attitude, same guy with the accent that told us to use the tablet, said “I was busy, let me see what I can do,” told me they could exchange it and hung up. Just like that. WOW. Nice customer service.
Charged us extra for the plates we didn’t want, didn’t offer us a refund for the plates we did want that were semi cheaper. What even happened to get them to this place?

I loved everything about this place. I ordered 15 minutes before they closed and the food was still amazing customer service was a 10. My family of four ordered 2 chicken and beef large bowls, beef loaded fries, noodles, and crunch sushi roll. I’ll definitely recommend and I’ll definitely be back for more❤️

Food look good and our second time . Just met a young cashier woman with attitude. . I order 2 beef large and I even pointing to her in the menu order what I want . Then when she gave me my order it was chicken. I told her my order is 2 large beef. She said that’s what I order and asking me if I wanna keeps the chicken? I told her why I will keep it if I I didn’t order the chicken in the first place. She did change my order. Bottom line is Just admit simple mistake and don’t blame the customer..

Is a fast food place and the flavor is good, the sushi is ok ,but sups are salty with the meat like a grind meat and not thank you, we try it twice and that was enough.
