The guy that was originally assembling my pizza was distracted and wasn't listening to my order. Asked if I wanted cheese and before I could even say no, he started putting cheese in my pizza. My pizza had to be restarted by someone else. The same guy then moved over to pulling yhe pizzas out of the oven. He wasn't calling out the names loudly and was mispronouncing names. The customer that had moved in front of me in line got his pizzas, so I figured it was my turn. Apparently the name he had called before. Which didn't sound like my name at all, was actually my order. When I got the pizza home, it was cold and undercooked. I was not impressed with this location.

i ordered online and when i walked in wasn’t greeted and picked up my order and took it home and as i opened my order up it took me a second to see a black curly ish hair on my food and it was so gross i couldn’t even eat it and it certainly wasn’t mine since i have red hair but what was even worse i had to pull it out from the pizza since it seem like it had fell while they were preparing it honestly very disappointing i live a little far away from this location but it’s the closest the employees are alway ehh but nowadays that’s everyone here in the AV area definitely not coming here again 🤮 i also noticed two younger girls just having a conversation instead of working lol you get paid to do YOUR JOB that YOU APPLIED FORR

I could literally count the shreds of mozarella on the pizza. Everytime I asked for extra cheese, she added 20 more shreds:) I am not joking. They said it is fast fired but it took 15 minutes to cook even then it wasnt crispy. This is my 2nd and last time of eating at Blaze

Went with some friends 2 days ago after a long cold walk in the winter. The line was fast and the workers were very kind even telling us about a meal deal they have where you can order a drink with your pizza for very cheap, we scrimped up our money and bought a 2 topping pizza with cheesy bread and a drink. We sat down in the nice warm pizza smelling store and dug in. When I tell you NO PIZZA has ever satisfied my taste buds like the pizza they cooked us, trust me, you’re going to be saying the same. Dont listen to these bad reviews. Go in for your own experience, I hope you can have one just as good as mine. Love this place ❤️

Went to Blaze pizza for veterans day as they offered a one topping pizza free for all veterans. I appreciate Blaze pizza for the offer. I enjoyed the thin crispy crust and the sauce on the pizza. I will continue to go to Blaze in the future. Thanks again Blaze.

I would give this location an F if I was a health inspector. My son and I each got 2 topping pizzas. And his had mozzarella and ricotta. My son pointed out that there was a dark curly hair on his pizza! Totally disgusted I took a picture and couldn't believe my eyes! I would never go back and eat there again. This is disgusting ! We left right away because my son almost puked from being so grossed out.

A disgusting experience! We had this pizza and it was a 2 topping pizza. But as seen in this photo, you can see a hair on the part with the ricotta cheese. This is completely disgusting and it makes me sick to my stomach. I am never going to visit this place ever again.
