The service is always friendly here, but when I asked for Italian sausage, mushrooms and red onions on my pizza today, they were out of all 3! Very disappointing. Blaze is always exceptionally stingy with their ingredients, and the crust is so paper-thin you could almost run it through a copy machine, but to run out of essential ingredients is unacceptable. I don't know if they had been busy earlier, but there was only one other party in there when I arrived. I told the server...

Love their pizzas! It's the ingredients that are different, more choices than you see at other pizzerias & it's really made to order, right in front of you (if you order in person obvs). Not your typical pizza. If you're looking for a different pizza experience, look no further. They also have a Berry Salad that is so so good. Everything is always fresh!
