First in line 10:29 asked if they were open on drive through. No answer went around to ask guy throwing boxes away. Said we are open went back around to finally placed my order 18 minutes later was given food told sorry for the wait fries are cold and over cooked One side of my chicken sandwich has no chicken. And the ladies were laughing when they took my payment

You know I have NEVER had a bad experience here that is until Sunday 25th at 7:05pm I had some questions at the drive thru and was curious why I was told I couldn't just order 2 kids cheeseburgers? I had no choice but to order regular burgers and thats fine I get it probably not a way to put it into the system who know right? But as im inquiring the reasons behind not be able to purchase the smaller burgers for my children I heard a different female voice in the background that wasn't taking my order say Oh MY GOD as I could tell they were annoyed by my questions. Im not mad but I am disappointed. The habit is super expensive as it is already so I just assume im always going to get the best customer service here not like the other regular places that are so much cheaper. Foods great tho.

Don’t go here the worker are incompetent charged my wife’s card acted like it didn’t work then charged my card for someone else’s order. When back up there because you can’t call knowing they make mistakes. Manager tells my wife they don’t have access to previous orders at the time we realized. Oh and did I forget to mention they never gave us a receipt and that make since sound like they trying to steal money to me.

The chicken sandwich is absolutely flavorless, the lady working the drive thru had an attitude, and the onion rings were cold. I strongly DONT reccomend eating at this location and will spread the word about this place.
Food was hot and good except the lettuce. Soggy lettuce. Plenty of drinks to choose. People were friendly in that, but it definitely take a little bit. What is normally and I’m not really sure why. Clean but bland inside. Bathroom was not clean and was out of toilet paper.

Do not trust these people. They wasted over a half hour of my day and messed up my order twice! The store manager here Alexa F@usto told me she allegedly refunded me and it's been almost a week now and I see no pending refund in my account! Can't get a hold of anyone through the corporate phone number. So far a bunch of lies from a company full of deceptive people who hope I just go away. Never going back.

My boyfriend and I stopped in just before 5pm and the place was DEAD. I got a lettuce wrapped Double char and my boyfriend got a double char on sourdough with no onions and no mayo. Our order comes up, I thought my food was fine from the outside. My boyfriend’s burger had onions AND mayo on it, so he takes it back to the counter to have it remade; they give him the second one which STILL HAS ONIONS AND NOW 1 PATTY…..the manager Alexa is the most arrogant, condescending high school dropout that’s ever managed. She must be dating someone else in management because honestly she talked like a valley girl and was absolutely annoyed AT THE CUSTOMER and the fact that my boyfriend caught their mistakes and actually called them out. She refused to give any refund and refused to offer any credit at all. She spent about 10 minutes in the back printing a refund request and snotily handed it to my boyfriend. Now I finally bite into MY burger because all looked well from the outside…joke was on me, they completely destroyed my burger and hid it in the wrapping so I wouldn’t know until I bit into it. Tasted like rancid char if you can even imagine…ended up going to their local competitor that ALWAYS GETS IT RIGHT.
