Great food, super service but most important of all...magnificent people!!! The Rusten House family are the Heart and Soul of what a phenomenal restaurant should mimic! We certainly will miss each and every one of you and every single person employed there impacted our lives in different ways. It's impossible to ever forget people who gave us so much to remember. We thank you for always rolling out the red carpet for us & truly felt a special bond/friendship that will never EVER compare to another restaurant...you guys truly are the “cream of the crop.” It's a bittersweet adios... Happy for you & your families... Somber for us and Lancaster!!!

Our family started eating at The Rusten House when they first opened. Sunday's after church! I can taste their chips and salsa! Hate to see it closing ! Time for change.....Thank you for the great food..service and great times! Hasta Luego....Bob Godde& family

What a great restaurant. Service is spot on , attentive, and efficient, no wonder they have been around for so long. Enjoyed drinks and dinner celebrating a birthday. Cheese enchiladas were tasty as were the chili rellenos. Dessert was the cherry inside with an amazing pastry outside with whipped cream. Will continue to eat here.

This has been one of the best family owned restaurant in the Antelope Valley for years. They are closing their doors and I will miss them!!

A nice place to enjoy authentic Mexican food. Family owned and operated. Doesn't have the atmosphere of other chain places but the food is superior. I would choose the Rusten House over all of the competition.

I'm embarrassed to say that I don't think to go to this Lancaster staple more often than when my Brother comes to town from the Chicagoland area. He grew up here, and used to go here with the family often at their previous location when we were kids. Now they like to go there on every visit.
