Lengthy post* My boyfriend and I have eaten here twice and we will NEVER be back. The first time we ordered from Wingstop, we did a takeout online order. Said it would be ready in 28-30 minutes. We waited roughly 35-40 minutes to insure our order would be ready when we walked in. I went in, told the girl at the register my name and went to pay for my order. I used our work card to pay for the order not realizing there wasn't enough money on it to cover the whole order. The lady behind the counter then told me i owed X amount of money. I pulled out my debit card and payed. As i'm paying, another girl walks up to her and they start whispering and laughing. Long story short, i waited about 10 minutes before receiving our food which had been sitting on the hot tray since i walked in the door. Food was ice cold and they forgot our drinks. We also paid for extra ranch and did not get it. Caught attitudes from hell for asking for our $6 worth of ranch that we paid for. Decided to try again and get wing stop tonight and what a mistake that was. My boyfriend went in, paid and waited almost 20 minutes for our food that had been sitting on the hot try since he walked in the door. To top it off, they forgot our celery (one of the only reasons i wanted to get Wingstop to begin with) We get home and yet again our food is nasty and cold. Think twice before going to this location. ABSOLUTELY disgusting.

If I see the white Chrysler 300 in the parking lot that means Zeke is hard at work making them bomb a** wings in the kitchen, if I don't see his car I don't even pull up cause he makes the wings nice and crispy with enough sauce and seasoning that every bite is unique and tasteful! The fries he makes are all golden, crispy, and fresh and always bomb! Top quality service from Zeke!

Order online and still waited for one hour nd 30 minutes. Manager Esperanza was the manger. Need to more organized.
I used to eat here like 2-3 times a week recently got back in town and revisited this place. The guy on cashier looked miserable no greeting or anything. The whole place looked dirty as if they hadnt cleaned it in a couple days. I ordered my usual combo but then after I already payed, they give me my food and tell me I need to show my vacx card in order to dine in. There was no sign visible and they did not tell me this before I paid for my meal. So They give it to you in a bag assuming you won't dine in. Even tho I have my card in my wallet I won't be coming back here. Nowhere else in the whole lancaster or rosamond do they do this bs. That's how you treat your customers???! Good job. Won't ever be coming back here congrats on losing customers due to this vacx decision.

It took 30 minutes just to get our food. People who came in after us were getting their food before us. When we got our order there was no dipping sauce that we ordered with our meals. When we asked for it, they tried to charge us for it. When I said I ordered it already, they said it should have been in my bag and it wasn't. The garlic Parmesan and mild wings were really gross and dry. Not recommended.
