I asked for a steak burrito and they charged me $12 for a bean and cheese burrito. It's always a problem at this place I'll never go there again

I usually come in the morning which is great service but this time I came around 3:20 pm smh Poor drive through service
First I thought it's unsanitary and against the rules for a worker that handles food to have acrylic nails
I Oder a garden salad no meat only and waited for 20 mins to get my salad I seen the two girls talking and laughing and the one making my salad had no gloves on I knew because I seen her pink & black nails I walked in and ask politely for the ladies to finish / remake my salad with gloves on I don't know why they gave me tortilla shells but ok thanks afternoon service sucks guys

Zucchini fries are amazing and ranch tastes great if not a bit watery.
I guess it depends on who is working that day?
First time I visit there. The menu look quite inviting so I went ahead and ordered a vegetable omelette with sourdough and cottage cheese. However, when my omelette arrived I waited for my cottage cheese and my toast. 15 minutes later no toast no cottage cheese. Finally I after requesting my cottage cheese twice for it, it was brought to me. It had a sour taste, it was inedible. So then I had to go up to the counter and stand there waiting for my toast. They had just started my toast 15 minutes after I had received my omelette which at this time was already cold. My 91 year-old dad, bless his soul, ordered a ham omelette with fries. When he started eating it he complained that the fries and omelette were cold. I approached Jessie the manager about the situation. All he did was apologize and make extra excuses for his staff being short. Mind you I dine out quite a bit and it's customary if you're going to bring a meal to a customer make sure you have everything all at one time except if they ask for condiments. That's only common practice.

I am feeling quite disappointed. I typically go to Tom's for breakfast, but today was a frustrating experience. Our order arrived 15 minutes late, which set a negative tone for the meal. When the waiter finally brought out my waffle, it was cold. I requested that the waitress warm it up, but she responded with a noticeable attitude. Overall, I'm unhappy with the service I received today.

We always come to eat and the one at the checkout is called Kiara C. She serves like if you come to order the food, the two women will give you a penny. Teach them to smile because it is their job and that is what they depend on. How many people out there who want to work and if they don't feel good at their jobs, they should give other people a chance and apparently the person in charge doesn't tell them anything. That's not good because they give bad service.
I went to place an order in person, I specifically told the female at the register to make the bacon crispy on both orders but they didn’t and gave me sausage instead. I’m so disappointed because I’m always there every weekend with my family of six. But after this, I don’t think I ’ll go back. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

I have got Tom's burgers many times but today I am disappointed for the reason the food portion was small and the taste doesn't taste the same. I might have to report this to OSHA/CAL OSHA or even the health inspector because all we know it's expired food. I don't blame they employee's but I do blame is the founder.

Did not receive my fry substitution for orange slices. I received Sprite when I requested Lemonade. The worker had an attitude when I asked for ranch. There also were no straws in my bag for the 3 drinks we ordered when I got home.

Went through the drive thru and ordered my children two chicken strip dinners tonight. My daughter found two fingernails in her fries. I called them back for a refund, manager is off now. They won’t issue a refund for giving my 8 year old fingernails in her french fries, they offered me credit that’s valid for two weeks like I’d want to eat here again.

The workers did not wear gloves. I saw the cook handle raw burger patties with his bare hand, then turn right around and stick his whole hand in the shredded cheese. Then, one cook took hand rubbing his fingers through his hair and handled the lettuce, tomatoes, and onions with his bare hands. I was so disgusted that I decided to ask for a refund. We decided not to eat here. The last time we went, everyone had gloves on except for one cook. I told the manager, and then he put gloves on.
