I guess this is the only Wendy’s that doesn’t accept Discover credit cards. I’ve never had an issue at any other Wendy’s except this one.

3 cars ahead of me one of them left it still took 20 minutes without taking my order and it would have been longer if I stayed and waited in no world does it take that long to take orders not to mention mine was a mobile order horrible experience.

Told me to pull to the side and park because it would be a few mins for the chicken to be ready for my breakfast sandwich’s , they said it helps their drive through timer , and I’ve been waiting for 10 mins and they told me 2 mins . Horrible customer service, they cared more about a timer then service to the customer .

Moldy buns. Blueberry muffin looking buns. Absolutely disgusting came in here for breakfast and received a moldy bun. I'm very grossed out and out of food now

I placed an order for a salad and they got it wrong unbelievable and I had to go inside so they could give me my salad as I ordered it and the male worker was so rude and was trying to make it out like it was my fault...

When you spend 90 dollars for 5 people I feel you deserve better treatment and quality. They were not friendly, didn't have any flavors for drinks but like 3. They have the nerve to say they only give one katch-up per meal and aren't even that good to be charging so high for crap service and crap quality

I went this morning may 20 for my honey buddy chicken biscuit and when I got to work it was something else but what I ordered . I couldn't eat what they gave me which was some egg and bacon sausage sandwich. It was not busy there was 1 car behind me and only 2 workers . How do you mess up an order when your not busy . Tried to call them but no answer . Very disappointed.

I'll be honest, most of the staff know us by first name, that is how ofter we get Wendy's. They are always super friendly and helpful. We order through the app and there is hardly ever a wait.
