Wen to those Wendy’s for some food for my mom with high blood pressure and diabetes, I pulled up to make my order and I ask if they had any grill chicken items. The lady taking my order was extremely rude and told me no and the drive through window isn’t working and was closed so she couldn’t help me so I proceeded to get off and order. She was taking order after order through the drive through and I couldn’t believe how much of a lier she was and how rude the staff was,they seemed angry that I was asking for items that had little to no salt FOR AN ELDERLY DIABETIC WOMAN!

I received poor service this evening at the Wendy’s on avenue i from the supervisor on shift, Javier (September, 30, 2025). The experience was so disappointing that I left and went to the Wendy’s on Avenue L instead, where my experience was much better. I actually like the Wendy’s on Avenue I but this is why I don’t come often to these places of businesses with those people in there during certain hours. There’s a very clear difference between employees who take pride in their work and those who bring a negative attitude. My nephews even looked at him and told me that he was mean!!! If Javier feels this job isn’t for him, there are plenty of others who would genuinely be grateful with the role you have. A reminder that no one stays in one job forever; it’s always best to stay humble! Crazy times when people are harsh to children!
