I'll be honest, most of the staff know us by first name, that is how ofter we get Wendy's. They are always super friendly and helpful. We order through the app and there is hardly ever a wait.

They said their scanner dose not work for app discounts. I ran into this same problem on Ave L. I am going to contact Corp. She said it been broken for 3 weeks. If true get it fix. The people working seem lazy had attitude. They got my burger wrong too.
