I have absolutely no problem with the food, staff, or cleanliness however they no longer have trays when you dine in. I had to use an upside down drink lid to put ketchup on for dipping my fries. Thats my only complaint but its a frustrating one.

Food was terrible if I could give them zero stars I would. The fries were cold, too greasy and hard like chips but much harder. They added burnt watery chili on top of them and to make matters worse they piled a mountain of unmelted cheese on top. The hot dogs had burnt chili on them as well as if they scrapped it off the bottom of the pot the bread was soggy and the hotdogs were cold and uncooked. The man at the window was gossiping with his coworker about family problems while opening the window he didnât greet me at all just told me the amount. I paid and I took my card back and said âthank youâ he didnât respond he just continued his gossip with his coworker and shut the window in my face. It took them 15 minutes to give me my food which I didnât understand because I was their only customer and then on top of that everything was disgusting. I almost threw up. This place needs to be reported to the health department because people can get sick. I see why there were no customers.

Given the posted schedule shows a 10:00 pm closing time for dine-in, closing at 9:02 seems unwarranted. I'm here solely to collect an online order and was directed to the drive-thru, which currently has a lengthy queue of about six cars.

Employees intentionally shut off card reader well before closing
