Waited a lot longer than usual, got the wrong burger! I placed an order for a burger that comes with no onions by default and received a double cheeseburger with extra onions! I for one ordered a burger with no onions, asked for no onions and what comes on the burger. I somehow get a double with extra onions lunch break wasted.

My mom and I are senior citizens, 61 years old and 81 years old we’ve been eating here for over 20 years and we are from the Simi Valley area and we came here to this location to use the bathroom and the manager said we cannot use the bathroom until we purchase something we walked out before I walked out I told her I was on chemotherapy and radiation and that I wear a undergarment and she didn’t care she said rules are rules and would not let us use the bathroom I’ll never eat at Wienerschnitzel ever again ever the one in Simi Valley don’t have a problem with us using the bathroom so we constantly are eating at that Location, thank you Simi Valley for being civilised and being human and having affection for senior citizens that do eat there but need to take a rest from break because we’re not a robot

It's hard fathoming a hot dog costing as much as a far superior double-double cheeseburger In-N-Out! This place does just that. No wonder there were no customers inside and no one in the drive-thru either.I wanted to try the tasty freeze ice cream, and I ordered an ice cream cone. The vanilla cream flavor was OK, but the consistency and viscosity of the ice cream is horribly over aerated. Compared to Dairy Queen and Foster's Freeze ice cream, Tasty Freeze is an unacceptable, extremely poor excuse for ice cream. DQ has the consistency of a denser ice cream as spot on perfect as ice cream should be, dense but light, and all ice cream should never use an over aeration processed machine.I am extremely disappointed with what Der Wienerschnizel has sadly become over the many years and decades. One used to be able to eat at Wienerschnizel fairly cheaply, but that was another era long past.
