Gabriel assisted me, and did a very well job. I ordered just a chocolate dipped cone through the drive through and it was fast and efficient. Everytime i come they have good customer service, thank you!

Waited a lot longer than usual, got the wrong burger! I placed an order for a burger that comes with no onions by default and received a double cheeseburger with extra onions! I for one ordered a burger with no onions, asked for no onions and what comes on the burger. I somehow get a double with extra onions lunch break wasted.

My mom and I are senior citizens, 61 years old and 81 years old we’ve been eating here for over 20 years and we are from the Simi Valley area and we came here to this location to use the bathroom and the manager said we cannot use the bathroom until we purchase something we walked out before I walked out I told her I was on chemotherapy and radiation and that I wear a undergarment and she didn’t care she said rules are rules and would not let us use the bathroom I’ll never eat at Wienerschnitzel ever again ever the one in Simi Valley don’t have a problem with us using the bathroom so we constantly are eating at that Location, thank you Simi Valley for being civilised and being human and having affection for senior citizens that do eat there but need to take a rest from break because we’re not a robot
