On the evening of April 14th, at 8pm, heres how we started,Ordered my food online, get to restaurant, waiting in line to get my order but when its my turn after waiting, young man at register decides the girls at the back of the line needed to get their food sooner, so when my turn finally came, cancelled that mf, people and their games. Lost me as a regular customer, that easy. Thx Wingstop, I will bring my money elsewhere, as for cashier, I hope ye at least gets laid

So I oder through the app and pay like I have many times. They even give the option to pay in app as I do many many times. I get my order confirmation like always but this time it is different. I go to pick up my order and was told I have to show them my card to verify it's me "why". As I am observing the rack where the food would normally be ready for pick up nothing is there. So I asked is my food even ready? I was told no because I have to show my card to them before the food would be prepared. We all live in digital world now with phones that have the tap feature and the convenience of ordering food online and in an app ect. If this process can not be done in a fashion that is both fair and appropriate seeing that this is a franchise company. I have a large family of seven when eating out I think most people can agree that my bill will be well over 140 dollars per outing. The simple fact that this particular franchise has taken it upon itself to implement this bogus ordering process and take your money for the order not have the order properly made upon your arrival is in my opinion false advertising and I will ponder on seeking my next solution to this stressful degrading processes that is an insult to people who love using their own personal apps that have their personal information to buy their food using the same app to order Everytime.

Go to a different location! Supervisor named Dave makes the $50 order wrong himself! All boneless wings on a half and half order. Then closes down his store and refuses to answer the phone until 8 minutes to close just to say, "we are closed and not making orders anymore". I tell him "we are at the door". When you are correcting an order made almost 2 hours ago and it took you over an hour to screw up the order Mr. SUPERVISOR DAVE! Thank you for not correcting the order because you wanted to close early on a Saturday night and go party. Refused to refund nor correct my order and didnt even take down a phone number for the refund. Told me that a district manager would have to refund my order. Argued literally about closing early long enough to correct the order twice over. What winners Wingstop promotes! Let's all congratulate Dave on his well earned promotion!

Placed a take out order for 4 people(by the piece). The wings didn't go with the same order, they were consolidated by the flavor, and the flavors weren't labeled. (7 different flavors). Made it difficult to find out who's order was what when the sauces look very similar. Also forget to pack an order of wings but that was resolved with store credit..... all I ask it to label what wings are what, noone wants to eat atomic thinking they're something else

Never answers the phone!! Take Forever even when it’s not full!! Y’all fuccin suck and then get mad when we have complaints. Walked in nobody was in there and the workers was standing there and just talking and laughing like y’all can atleast answer the phone. Do BETTER!!

I placed an online order and I was missing my wings. I had to go back to the restaurant, all the way from home just because of their managed inconvenience they cause. They seemed nonchalant about the situation and that’s not good customer service. If you don’t want to work, stay home. Give the people who want to work an opportunity instead of people who don’t care about their job and customers

At this point this store is simply horrible in every way possible! For starters, customer service is bad (No greetings/no manners/no genuine courtesy service) they never pick up the phone, its like they don't want to take any phone orders but instead for customers to just place online orders. The employees seem to only want to earn their paycheck but they don't care about their job. Also, the food preparation is out the window. The presentation of your food is not appetizing nor does it look good. Food is always either overcooked and dry or it seems to be just thrown into their box. Overall, I would definitely not recommend this store. The worst Wingstop branch I've ever been to by far!!

Took an hour to complete my order only for my chicken to be cold, the boneless wings were smaller than chicken nuggets. Overcooked and not edible! Then they’re charging for sauce 1.49 sickening. Never again.
