5 Stars for this location. The customer service was exceptional. I rarely eat fast food. Freddy's extensive knowledge of the menu helped me decide the best options for my taste. His customer service was A+. The cooks were great too, and this was the midnight staff. GOOD JOB WingStop! š

This place is a straight-up disaster. My order was late, wrong, and nasty. I asked for well-done wings ā they gave me rubbery, undercooked trash that looked and tasted like they were microwaved straight from the freezer. The fries were a soggy salt explosion, and the drink machine was broken. Again.
Customer service? Nonexistent. They act like youāre bothering them by simply picking up the food you already paid for. No eye contact, no apology, just a cold bag slapped on the counter.
I donāt know what happened to this company ā they used to be okay. Now it feels like theyāre daring customers to walk out angry. Mission accomplished. Never again.

Wingstop has officially earned the title of worst company ever. The service is garbage ā slow, rude, and completely unprofessional. I waited over 45 minutes for a simple order of wings, only to be handed cold, soggy, greasy mess that tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. No apology, no accountability, just attitude.
The fries were limp, the wings had zero flavor, and the ranch tasted off. I honestly donāt even think they care. Iāve given them multiple chances and itās always a disaster ā wrong orders, missing items, ridiculously long wait times, and filthy locations.
Save yourself the frustration and your money. There are way better wing places out there. Wingstop is a complete joke. š

This location is so money-hungry! They didnāt even include a ranch in my to-go order, even though it should have come with my combo. When I went back, they actually expected me to pay for the ranch instead of just giving me one like they should have in the first place. To make matters worse, the workers were unbelievably rude about it, acting like it was a huge inconvenience to fix their mistake. Itās like they couldnāt spare a single ranch! So greedy and unprofessionalāthis is by far the worst location ever.
