I ordered a combo XL with skinless teriyaki chicken and teriyaki ribeye (which both cost extra) and the chicken has skin on it, for an XL combo there was only one chicken breast cut up. For what it costs this is completely unacceptable. It’s hit or miss with the people back there cooking.

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Jennifer for her amazing customer service! My parents order food from this Yoshinoya often, and when I went inside to pick up their online order, Jennifer was incredibly friendly, sweet, and super attentive. She made the whole experience so pleasant that I honestly thought she was the manager! She said she isn’t, but she definitely should be. Yoshinoya needs more people like her. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THEM. I ordered a combo xl bowl with teriyaki chicken and beef. They didn’t put any chicken in my bowl and they didn’t give me my large drink I ordered. 2nd time they messed up my order through Postmates. It’s not the drivers fault, it’s the restaurants responsibility to make sure the driver gets the drink for delivery. Definitely wouldn’t order online from them!
