Stopped by and ordered the Loco Moco on the way home from the Bay Area, I ordered the Loco Moco and was stunned by how good it was on my first bite, will definitely be going back again.

Got the Kalua Pulled Pork, and it was super good! I also recommend getting Malasadas (currently only available during weekends), and those desserts are not something you can find anywhere. They have a great variety of flavors!

For my first time trying Hawaiian Food, this is comforting. Almost like a comfort food for relaxing. The “loco moco” food plate had macaroni, with rice, and the main course was a hamburger Pattie, topped with 2 sunny sided eggs, (disclaimer yes the yolk flows out) and I think more. Also to add a side of unknown substance that compliments the meal. Overall, definitely worth coming back. Preferably when it’s not cold, and during the summer.

Always a great time visiting the great folks at Agsalda Food Co. I've tried nearly all the items on their menu and can safely say their food is fantastic. Visiting their truck is a complete vibe, especially with the island tunes on heavy rotation while eating your meal. Highly recommend!

Hawaiian food truck in lathrop food plaza. They put furikake on both their rice and mac salad which is a really nice addition of texture.Kalua Pork Plate ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️: flavor is amazing and really infused into the pulled pork. My only complaints are the pork is very slightly on the dry side and a bit on the salty side.Garlic Shrimp Plate ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️: really great portion of shrimp with a really delicious sauce and a big helping of garlic. I've had garlic shrimp before but nothing like this. If you like garlic shrimp this is def the dish to go for!

Had an excellent experience at Agsalda!.Rachel was at the window, who was super friendly and immediately introduced me to her family Darryn and Brandon! I felt comfortable and not rushed at all, which is important considering all the options out there!Their menu was clear, concise and maintained the Hawaiian influence! Their Kalua pork was moist and savory which was perfect on top of a generous pile of shoestring fries, drizzled with their tangy aioli.We had a nice conversation and Darryn himself even stepped out to hand me and my girlfriend our food and continued to chat with us some more.They alone are a reason for a return visit to the Lathrop Food Plaza. I'll for sure be back and I'll be gunning straight for some more Kalua Pork, fries and I gotta try that Loco Moco!Come for the food, stay for the people!

So many authentic Hawaiian food that reminds me of food back home! Service is outstanding as they really make sure they get your order right. Got the Katsu Chicken Curry and Adobo fried rice omelette which both tasted homemade. Parking in the plaza was a little difficult though.I recommend this place for their food and service!
