I stubble to this food truck in Lathrop and had my first meal was adobo fried rice omelette. It was delicious. I went on my day off on Monday and Tuesday and realized that they are closed. So finally I came before work finally tried a second time. This time I had the garlic shrimp plate. I killed it and now I don't have any lunch for work. I will be coming next Wednesday to try 2 different items. Hopefully the adobo fried rice omelette is available.
As a native Hawaiian, I can confidently say that Asgalda Hawaiian serves the most authentic Hawaiian food I've ever tried outside the islands. We ordered the garlic shrimp plate, loco moco, chicken katsu curry, spam musubi, kalbi short ribs, and an assortment of malasadas, and every dish was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection.

Stopped by and ordered the Loco Moco on the way home from the Bay Area, I ordered the Loco Moco and was stunned by how good it was on my first bite, will definitely be going back again.
