We made a spontaneous stop in Lodi on our way home from Lake Tahoe to check out this spot and wow, it absolutely exceeded expectations. The ingredients, preparation, and presentation were perfect. The eel was done with precision. The rolls were delicious, and the real crab makes such a difference in taste, elevating the California roll. I was also able to request real wasabi (not horseradish) in a small dish.
