Went to get some of the new Dill Pickle Cheese curds. There was no one there and when I asked for a large dill Pickle Cheese curd. The girl asked what size, I said again Large. She then didn't say anything for a few seconds and then asked again what size. When I went to pay, I noticed she only charged us for the regular size. I didn't complain then, just was tired of dealing with her getting it wrong. She asked us to wait up front while they made them fresh.. 20+ minutes later they finally come out with the food. They gave us Plain regular cheese curds, not the special Dill ones we came from another city to try. And no sauce given to us either. Worst experience at this location in years. So not happy.

Wanted original recipe kfc chicken, told us they only had extra crispy available. Did not want that. Huge disappointment! Employees were nice however. Have food hot fresh and ready for customers especially during dinner time for families with children as myself.

I pull into the drivethru and I'm the only car. The girl who responds on the intercom days they are soooo backed up they are not taking any orders. I respond and say you can't do that, ur open and it's 8:30pm on a Sunday night and All I want is a milkshake. She tells it will be 30 minutes...

No mustard ask for it the Patty's on my poppa Burger was horrible tastes old or something.

Terrible. Spent my whole lunch hour in the drive thru all for a single Papa burger combo. Then as I get to the window, they ask if I can pull around and they'll bring it out. My root beer was just carbonated water and the top bun was frozen and it was prepared a big mess.

I love soft serve ice cream. Don't care for the cone.I just want it in a cup But young servers just can't understand that. When I ask for soft serve in the cup he kept asking me if I wanted a Sunday.I said no just the soft serve without the cone. He ask if I wanted a pint of ice cream I said no I just want the soft serve in in a cup. He says ok so that would be a Sunday. I said no , its just ice cream in a cup. Not a Sunday. "I don't understand" he says. So I said listen, just get a small cup, put the ice cream in it, put a lid on it, charge me what ever you think is fair. Can you do that?" He replies " I don't know, let me ask someone".
