Bring a pillow and blanket because you’re going to be waiting even though you ordered ahead on the mobile app. Literally the slowest chick fila I have ever been to. Decided to give them another shot and now even more disappointment. I paid for extra egg on what was supposed to be a sausage egg and cheese biscuit with extra egg turns into just a sausage and egg biscuit. No extra egg and no cheese. It’s literally printed in black and white and somehow missed. Maybe corporate needs to come and give additional training about Chick Fila expectations.

Food was lukewarm. Never had their breakfast before, definitely will reconsider going to this establishment. We didnt wait very long for our food, but has me wondering if it was pre-made before I had gotten there to order.

My three children and I were just there last week. As I allowed them to play in the play area, my oldest son and I sat at the table, waiting for our pre-ordered food to be brought to our table. Let’s just say, the robot that brought our food had better Customer Service than the actual manager! He literally checked on every one else that surrounded our table except us. At first, I thought maybe he’s just waiting for us to get our food to make sure that we don’t need anything else, no! He watched us eat our food and still checked on all the surrounding tables, picking up trash, asking if they needed anything else, all of the above. He didn’t even look our way! As I looked at the other patrons, I think I have a good idea as to why the manager never said a word to us. SMH! Poor service and will never be back. MY PLEASURE!

Great customer service!! So friendly & kind to the kids! An older gentlmen (didnt get his name) made it such a fun experience for them. Will definitely go back.
AND they have an indoor playground which is really nice especially during colder weather.
AND they have a little robot that serves food.

I eat at far too many Chik Fil A's across California due to work.
This Chik Fil A has the worst food of many I've tried. After eating here multiple times, it's not just a one off experience. The food is overcooked, the salads are smaller than any I've had at any other location, even the breakfast sandwiches are burnt.
It's still CFA, but definitely the worst of the central valley.

It was my first time to a Chick-fil-A. It took a while for our food in the drive throug. I ordered some Mac and cheese, waffle fries and a chicken sandwich. The food was average. I'd definitely give it another try. Their waffle fries were really good!

My go-to get a bite on the go place. Conveniently around the corner from my house. I can place the order via the app, as I get into my car, and it's ready for me in just a few minutes of arriving. I've used both the dine in and mobile through options. What I find most interesting is the use of a serving robot. It brings your food to you, freeing up those behind the counter. Is it taking away jobs? I don't think so. Just eliminates the need to pull someone off the line to deliver food. They still have live runners when it's busy. I think this is a great use of technology.

Terrible customer service. The food quality does not meet standards of what this brand is known for, but the customer service is the reason I’d never return. Tonight I received horrible service. My neighbors as well. (4 separate households stopped for a meal), none of us will return. One neighbor called to complain and a worker pretended to be a manager “Ilene”, then a “Kevin”, saying he was the actual manager. He was just as rude and condescending. I, Myself, was treated poorly in person, and both neighbors were served undercooked food, it appears they are rushing or cooking too much at once due to lack of proper training. Staff needs better training on professional. It’s sad in 2025 we have to “train” people on how to respect one another. This location does a lot of community events, but the day to day operations and staff is what matters most to the community.
