This location is awesome. Pretty much everyone is always smiling and fast service.

But the main person I want give my thanks to is Host Matthew. He's always happy with a great attitude. And he treats me like I'm a friend. He has excellent guest service.

Walked in and was hastefully greeted by a very polite women. I asked her for a chicken bowl with extra white rice and she did NOT disappoint. Service was excellent and came with a smile 😃. I will definitely be back very soon. Thank you very much 🙏

My son got a quesadilla and there was a very hard piece in the food. He had to spit it out. It looked like a piece of finger nail or toe nail. It could have been something else but it was gross. The restaurant claims that I can’t get a refund in the place since I placed the order online. I now have to call 1800 chipotle. This is my fist and last time eating here. 🤮

I visited the Chipotle in Lathrop and was really disappointed with the service. The portion of chicken in my meal was shockingly small, far less than what I’ve come to expect from Chipotle. It felt like they were skimping on the ingredients, which made the meal unsatisfying. The overall experience was frustrating, and I hope they improve their portion sizes and service quality soon.

asked for extra lettuce on my mobile order and didn’t even get lettuce at all

Here for work and decided to try out this chipotle.

Overall this location is a solid 4 stars. The food was good, service was good, and the environment was clean and comfortable.

I could tell that the guacamole didn’t have the avocado fully mashed up, and there were chunks in the cheese. But I think these are just training issues and I imagine will go away over time.

Atmosphere and customer service are as expected. My issue with Chipotle is their portions are very inconsistent. Very minimal meat I often find myself ordering double meat and being upset with myself having to spend the extra money for something I feel should be adequately proportioned as a standard.

They messed up my order. Mis labelled the boxes and gave me wrong box for pick up. I had to throw away.
