Ordered from here a few times over the past two years, and keep having the same issue. Finally decided to write a review.
I always use the app and order delivery. I check the “tracker” and it shows the driver on the complete opposite side of town, and they don’t move. After about an HOUR of waiting, app sends a “delivered” notification, nothing. Call the store and after 5 minutes of pre-records and AI chat, “we’re sorry but this store is closed” Food roughly shows up 20-30 minutes after that. Thankfully it’s still warm and tastes good, hence why there’s two stars instead of one. Delivery service is always horrendous, which is sad.

I got it for delivery at a park and it didn’t give it to me and horrible service it says it was silvers it wasn’t and it says it’s open and the call says they closed!
Food poisoning
Ok I have been putting off my review on this location for awhile but I just have to now. I have had several bad experiences at this location in the past three years. I will say I have family of nine so when I order out I usually get pizza cuz it goes a long way, so I order dominoes atleast once a month. Almost everytime I’ve ordered delivery they have messed up my order. All they way from missing extra toppings that I paid extra for to whole items missing. I’ve also gotten pizzas that were so undercooked that I couldn’t eat it, also they never cut the pizza all the way. I put up with it becuz they are cheap and I usually shrug it off. Today they took more than an hour to get my pizza here, my order said complete on the tracker but my order didn’t arrive until 40 minutes later. When it came they didn’t even knock on my door, just left my food on the ground. And it was cold.

They scammed me on Uber Eats, my order never arrived and they said it did. I tried calling any it goes to a AI helper and then says closed

I ordered my food at 7:39 for it to be delivered over an hour later to the wrong house. The dominos is only 5 minutes from my house. The food was cold by the time it arrived.
The pizza was overbaked and dry. Very poor quality for the price — definitely not fresh or worth ordering again.
Great staff, hard at work fulfilling orders in a timely fashion.

Worst experience ever. My pizza wasn’t ready even after 23 minutes when I arrived at the store. I confirmed my name and order, and was told it was in the oven and would be ready in a few minutes. After waiting another 10 minutes, I checked again and was told they had missed putting it in the oven and were just starting it — another 6 minutes to wait. Totally unacceptable. I declined the offer of just a drink and left. Please issue a refund, Domino’s, and look into what kind of service this is.

I stopped because I followed a delivery driver who almost caused a 3 car pile up on river island. The manager didn't even ask my details. Very dismissive. Like he was just letting it go.
The manager there the skinny dude with glasses needs to know how to service better. I added 2 ranches to my order while paying but already paid. So the dude cancels the initial payment and adds two cups of ranch causing me to have to pay again. And now I have to wait for the payment to be returned back over his own screw up canceling in the first place over ranch cups which could’ve been 2 separate transactions. Then he’s around giving attitude as well. Please train them better. Thanks

Do not order from here absolutely felt like I wasted my money. Ordered online for delivery. I was concerned that the delivery driver delivered to the wrong house because the tracker online said the was delivered but it wasn’t here and then moments later the driver arrived but as soon as we sat down and seen the pizza it was the wrong pizza also it was a cheaper kind of pizza in comparison to the original pizza I ordered which was custom. You won’t be able to get on call with management, they ignore your call unless you’re placing an order. Did not receive a refund and the delivery insurance online was a complete fail with no actual accountability for what had happened. I feel scammed and felt like I tipped way more than what was deserved. Which everything was about $50
