Ghirardelli Chocolate Outlet & Ice Cream Shop

Very expensive, regular malls would be cheaper than this outlet.
Late was not good.

My only complaint is that I spent $81 on four Sundays and a small bag of Chocolate.

The prices in the ice cream shop were not outlet prices. Beautiful cafe but spending $9.95 on a small milkshake at an outlet. I had not been in years but I thought it was a flat rate for the box candy…well now they weigh the candy per pound

I thought I could have seen the chocolate making process and even bought fresh made ones, thus, a little bit disappointed because it looked just like other normal Ghirardelli stores. Even worse, several others I have been might offer free samples so that you know which kinds you like. But overall, it's still a lovely store

Ordered classic hot chocolate and it just tasted like water. I had to add a cocoa packet when I got home.

Amazing stop to stop by on the freeway. Gets crowded sometimes during weekends and holidays. Slightly small store but a very wide variety of souvenirs and chocolates. Desserts tasted great with very nice staff and people there. Overall, it’s a great and convenient place to stop by or visit with your family!

Employees have always been very nice. Prices are very expensive and you are usually better off buying from your local grocery store.

I give this 5 stars, I haven't been here,but I love this brand of chocolate...

Overpriced ice cream. Slow service. They use to give samples. Not anymore. Manager decided to stop the one piece of chocolate sample . Sheep . Terrible experience bad customer service.

Get ice cream and shop for chocolate at the same time. The ice creams are full portions with thick whipped cream and lots of chocolate or caramel syrup. You can pick and choose individual flavors of chocolate and fill a bag with your preferences. There isn't a lot of seating but there's enough for the amount of people in the store.
