I came in to buy a Coke. The young woman behind the counter was helpful and courteous, and when I looked puzzled when my small soda rang up at just over $3.00, she replied, "and that's with our Senior Discount." I'm sticking with the AM/PM $1.25 sodas from now on!

Terrible customer service. Walked into front counter and was not even greeted. Waited 15 minutes before even taking our order and there were no other customers in the lobby or drive thru at all. Did not give our drinks first til we asked. Even other customers that came after us were treated the same. Employees here need to work on their customer service.
I am absolutely love Jack in the Box!!! I've been going to this location for years and the food is always bussin. The people who work there are always friendly and attentive. The food is always hot, fresh, and cooked to perfection. I mean, where else can you get a juicy burger, crispy tacos, and a side of curly fries all in one place?! The value is unbeatable and the quality is consistently high. I've tried almost everything on the menu and I'm never disappointed. The boba tried it, loved it. The coffee tried it, loved it. The fries tried it, loved it. The curly fries tried them, loved them. All the chicken sandwiches tried them, loved them. Can’t forget the tacos either, loveee them. The breakfast items are a game-changer - the bacon and egg sandwich on a toasted bun is my go-to! And don't even get me started on the shakes... creamy, thick, and utterly divine. No cap. I've converted all my friends and family into Jack in the Box fans and we always make it a point to stop by whenever we're in the area. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a quick, delicious, and satisfying meal. Keep up the fantastic work, Jack in the Box team! sending all y’all kisses on the forehead!
I usually do not leave a review unless. I am unhappy or upset about the service. They forgot to give us our sauces. We ask for 3RANCH and 1 BBQ, when we order and we remind them @ the window when we pay for our food and they still fail to put the sauces inside our bags........After we order our food do we need to double check our own orders? to tell the employees that they forgot what we ask for!?. Never going back again to this location. Poor communication and service. They don't deserve the $20 dollars if they can not get customers order correctly! Please Learn from this review to service your customers well, so they can get what they order.
Overall this Jack in the box is pretty good for being fast food. That said the food was made correctly I never get a order wrong from this location. The staff have been extremely friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating better than most restaurants staff. Especially when it came to my allergies they took great care. As for quality of food and taste it is fast food quality.

Or first time having food from Jack in the Box. Ordered bacon cheese burger, fries, onion rings and a chicken wrap. The wrap had no shortage of chicken. The onion rings were a little greasy but had good flavour. The poor young lady serving us was run off her feet. She was running the drive through and the counter by herself and it was a little busy.
