I went here with a coupon on my phone expecting to get a deal with the coupon. No, they refused. Hands-down spoke to the manager. Nope absolutely not. You have to have the coupon present which I think is bull crap they send it in the mail and you take a picture it should be the same thing. I will take my money somewhere else. I will never go back to this Jack-in-the-Box again is the worst one I had ever been to service was terrible manager was rude. Individual at the drive-through was rude. It’s not worth it. Take your money somewhere else. I do not recommend

Food hot for the most part BUT burgers have TOO MUCH KETCHUP, Mayonnaise, & mustard buns just slide off. App need to provide more options 🛑do not cook the lettuce or tomato

Love the sourdough jack, it is my go to order when i am craving burgers. Just something magical with how they toast the sourdough on a griddle w butter, it is giving grilled cheese with burger. The sauce that they put on there... Just chef's kiss IMO and this is coming from someone who pick rice over anything. But for jack in the box. It is always the number 1 that beats the chicken teriyaki. :)

The 2 girls at the register never smiled. Didn't even greet you. When she finally came to the register, she just looked at you. Didn't say hi. May I help you or welcome in? Didn't say nothing just stared at you. Felt like we were an inconvenience to be there. Smh
