Doors fault but they have no Wi-Fi. The website doesn’t work at the store and I can only get the online special by ordering online won’t give me the price of the counter. Kind of irritating I tried to order four times online and it wouldn’t go through.

They forgot my sides and also gave me a medium drink but charged me for a large. I didn't even notice until after I got out of the shower but it had already been an hour since I ordered and they didn't belive they forgot the sides

We've been to this location a few times over the past 2 years and have not received this type of service. This maybe a one off but worth noting just incase it is a continued problem. We went into the restaurant as they seemed to be with less customers on Oct 26th. We walked in and saw 1 employee working the register and 1 employee workong the drive-thru windows on a Sunday afternoon. We told the cashier our orders and spent over $30. We waiting over 30 minutes before it was acknowledged that they were running behind on restaurant placed orders but they were processing drive-thru orders much faster. One employee came back from her break during this time. But we had to wait over 30 minutes for our order. Another customer who had not placed his order yet, waited approximately 10 minutes before being acknowledged to even place his order. If you want fast service and hot food, don't come here on the weekend.

I don't understand how the girls here still have a job, fast food isn't hard especially when you barely have any customers. We used the drive thru and got a kids meal and he got chili cheese fries...it's dark , we are tired so we pulled into the lot for them to eat. He open the fries and I promise u the chili literally looked like a clump of chili seasoning that was left opened in the back of a cabinet and forgotten about for a cpl years then they added cheese to soften it. It was so nasty that who ever scraped the bottom of the burnt chili warmer should be ashamed of themselves. And they also put the smallest scoop of ice cream in the boys root beer floats that we should have got a refund however, my bf is too nice soo we go back 2the drive thru & show the food and even though there was nobody in back of us they had us park( becuz he got the very last of the burnt batch) so we wait ..and wait ..until I make him go inside knowing they 4 got we were waiting ...and ... yup they did. Now he is sick. Never ever returning or going to any other one either smh
