I went for breakfast on my first visit. The service was great, and the smattering of food was delicious. I had the huevos rancheros. No complaints about the quality. The pricing was reasonable. We were the only ones there at 9am, so the service was speedy. I can’t wait to return and try something else.

As a business owner who frequently orders catering for weekly lunches for my team, I was extremely disappointed by my recent experience at this restaurant. I’ve been ordering from local businesses for our team’s weekly meals, and unfortunately, this place will no longer be part of our regular rotation.

The issue began when I called in an order and was quoted a price over the phone that didn’t match the price listed on their menu. When I pointed out the discrepancy, I expected a simple resolution. Instead, the owner argued with me, first claiming the upcharge was due to taxes, which is factually incorrect, as taxes are calculated based on the overall price. She then shifted to saying the higher price was due to the cost of eggs. This was not only frustrating, but also unprofessional.

I told her I would pay the higher amount this one time but made it clear that I would not be returning for future orders. Her response was dismissive, saying, “Why do you care? It’s not your money.” As a business owner, I find that kind of attitude toward a customer to be completely unacceptable. When I pointed out how she wouldn’t want her employees to have that same mentality about her business, she continued to argue.

To make matters worse, after I was at the counter, ready to pay, she refused to ring me up and instead served another customer first, telling me I had to wait because I “wanted to argue.” I stated to her, “The customer is always right, and her remark was, not here,” which clearly shows how little they value their customers.

As a regular customer ordering catering every week for my team, this experience has made it clear that this restaurant is not a place I will be supporting going forward. The lack of respect for customers and unprofessional behavior was enough to make me take my business elsewhere. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone looking for reliable and customer-oriented service.

Breakfast burrito plus sprite was $14. Good heavy burrito

Overall experience staff is good and friendly the food was great got a steak burrito that would give lot of places a run for there money.
