Ordered on the app and was charged for it, yet the manager tried to tell me he couldn't make it, even tho I had a receipt that clearly stated I had been charged for my order it was very unprofessional. I later had been given my order after they wrongfully told me they couldn't make it. My whole thing is if I have a receipt that clearly states I placed the order and I was charged and it listed the time as 4 minutes before me picking up, why can't you just make the dang order...... That's the purpose of a receipt.

Sadly, this is the closest one in the area and not up to the standard compared to my general experience at other locations. They often mess up my order and for some reason my fries have never been fresh. Like none of my food I get here ever feels āfresh.ā In last experience I asked for a fresh batch of nuggets because every time I got them here they felt as if they had some time on the hot shelf. When I received my nuggets, they were indeed not fresh. *Gasp! And to top it off, they gave me the wrong sauces.
If fell like if Iām gonna eat some questionably unhealthy food, at least let me have a good experience. Instead Iām eating under par food and feeling terrible about it.
Only come here if you must. If you have the time, go to another location.

I place an order worth $27.84 cash n ive waited patiently for 26 mins the customer 10 mins after me got his order before meā¦.. I waited again 7 mins more ā¦.. This place is kept clean inside and outside. It has a double drive-thru. Parking lot is pretty small and can get crowded at pick hours

Followed up with the store after couple of days to claim back the money the manager of the franchise was not cooperative and she directed me to speak with McDonald corporate. Feeling like cheated and no wonder this franchise got poor rating. Attitude of the people sucksā¦
