Service is terrible!!!! The front counter person actually walked over to the Kiosk and wanted to show me how to put my order in. I refused. I said you can take my order or I'll go somewhere else. These people are so ignorant, putting themselves out of a job. Prices go up. Service goes downI used to be a GM for McDonald's, and Service was always a priority.Not anymore!!!!

Worst service ever! The girl staff member tried to tell us we did not order sauce with our nuggets. We had asked for the new WcDonalds sauce. Well she finally admitted that they hadn't carry it in awhile. Funny, because we went down the road and found that Mc Donald's had tons of sauce.

They are always messing up my orders. Make sure to check your order before you leave. This last time, I ordered DoorDash and the fries were partially filled. The bags were sealed so it wasn’t the dasher. I also ordered a sweet tea and go an unsweet tea with a ton of sugar at the bottom of the cup. This is the absolute worst McDonald’s.

McDonald’s associate outside coughing into their hands and they came back straight inside to start handling food without washing their hands. I told another associate but they told me the person coughing in their hands was not handling food when I clearly saw them handling the fryer and packaging the fries.

They don't open the first window for me to pay so I drove up to the 2nd window and gave my card to them and then they charged me for SOMEONE ELSES ORDER. All I got was one small milkshake and you charged me for someone's medium milkshake and fries and nuggets and then I call to complain and get a refund and get hung up on multiple times.

Came into MCDONALD'S for a smoothie. And after 5 minutes, cashier came out, saying the smoothie machine was down. She asked if I wanted something else or a refund. I asked for a refund but she said only a manager can do it. She told me to wait while she went to go get a manager. I waited for 10 minutes until manager showed up. Manager did not even apologize for the wait and gave me attitude and kept complaining that Everybody was calling him. I asked for his name and he told me it was Brandon. I gave him my advice to put up a sign saying that they're out of frozen drinks and he didn't respond. Bad customer service.

there customer service was terrible they just give your stuff say nothing and shut the window. For some reason there was a piece of hair in my bag. I wouldn't go there again. The milkshake was so melted and not even like a milkshake is supposed to be.
