Very rude and racism type of behavior by employees, had to cancel my entire order , valerie r one of the server she loves only to serve if you speak Spanish , very very rude and disgusting behavior, avoid if possible

Rude customer service. I ordered a plate through the drive thru. And she gave me 2 bowls. I said I ordered a BOWL and A PLATE instead of 2 bowls. She had the nerve to ask if I wanted to order another. i even asked to exchange it and she said no very rudely. Why should I, a costomer, be the one to correct the employee's mistake? Never going back. EVER.🙄

The store refused to follow CA law and did not cash out the gift card even when the balance remaining on the gift card is less than $10. Recently, HD was fined for not following this law by CA. Looks like Panda express should learn from this HD case and should follow the laws of the land.
