Ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. The chicken was rubbery, the mayo was as thick as the chicken and topped with a pile of wilted lettuce. $9 Not very appetizing and not worth the value.

I will be filing official complaints. This place needs to be investigated. I placed an order December 11th, 2025, closing shift. Absolutely unacceptable. This sonic violated California food safety laws. The burger they served me was incorrect, and instead of remaking it, the “manager” brought me back the same exact burger and bread after she attempted to wipe off the cheese and toppings. This is violation of health codes, cross contamination rules and safe food handling. Not to mention you can kill someone who is allergic to ingredients and when asked why she would do such a thing, she stated “we sold you the last burgers we had”. Then told me she would not give me her name, nor a refund and continued to laugh and play around with her coworkers. I see from comments this location has made others sick and sent a pregnant woman to the ER already. My other food was clearly stale, not safe to eat, didn’t eat anything. Complete waste of money. Staff here is lazy, negligent and dishonest. Hope the health department puts a stop to the bad practices here before they cause serious illness or death to members of our community.

These ladies take so long!!! Even when there isn’t that big of a line or none at all they don’t move with pace and i waited so long for just 2 slushies! This is about the 5th time i’ve came back and the pace is the same i’ve always waited long.

They had a mobile order option but would not come out to give the order or open the door the give the order, instead made us wait in the drive thru line for the mobile order meant for the stalls.

Placed order for pick up and chose the stall and waited a long time and no one was in the drive thru line and I ended up pushing the red button in my stall and they said they were only doing drive thru . It would have been nice to know!!! Like was I just going to wait endlessly for my food to never come ? It would have been fine if they had just communicated that to us
