Lazy staff, asked me what my order was like four times and for example I said a ginger ale and they said a Diet Coke?!? Like are you serious at least pretend you’re paying attention?!? The burger I got the sauce clearly had not been refrigerated as they said at the ER as I ended up getting food poisoning thanks crappy sonic I’m 4 months pregnant not only are you putting my life at risk but my unborn babies… point blank do better ! Sonic in Tracy is way better ! I hope you close

Zero stars. They were very rude. Tried to talk to one of employees and she didn't even wait for us to finish talking to her before she left. Called to talk to manager and manger said it was bc they were super busy but they had two customers only. So they weren't busy at all. Food was a mess. Took them three tries to get our order right. Worst SONIC.

Ordered from value meal huge mistake. I was not upset at the cut up patties I am ordering from a value menu I was upset because I got nothing like the picture. Not sure what I got actually…..see photo for your self. Looking for the bacon bits all over. White queso. Or ranch. Southwest sauce and tortilla strips. ??? Keep in mind there was one other car in the drive thru and me so no rush, no REASON. Quality control somewhere. Please

The service sucks!!! Bad attitudes very slow. They close at stay they have to close early every night starting at 10pm. Just left there at 10:15pm with two cars in front of me got there order but would not take mine because they are closed. Tryed to call the other sites ( Lathrop, and McHenry) no answer.

I’m extremely disappointed. Their posted hours clearly state they close at 11 PM, yet when I arrived at 10:40 PM, the place was already closed. If you’re going to advertise your hours, you need to stick to them! This kind of inconsistency is unprofessional and frustrating for customers. It’s not just about convenienc, it’s about trust. I won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.

Can't review the quality of food because we were not able to get any. Multiple times we have pulled into a drive in slot and been asked to wait, then people who drove in after us were able to make their orders while we sat there.
Pressing the button again after a later arrival makes their order does not seem to alert anyone you are there.
You might waste 30 minutes here and still not even be allowed to order.

Worst service possible, ordered and then nothing happened no food, no service person. A complete waste of time. I had two people I was paying to help me. The delay was costly. We ended up leaving because no food was ever served. I made the mistake of ordering up front instead of the drive through.
