There was a young Asian male that took my order. He was so nice, polite, professional, witty, efficient and just awesome! I wish Starbucks would hire thousands of others just like him. Thanks dude - your excellent customer service made my day. 🙂

Slowest starbucks ever. They’ll have you waiting in line for 15-20minutes even though they’re only two cars ahead. Drinks are made okay. Other better ones to go to.
Overpriced, terrible customer service. I have been boycotting Starbucks since the NEW CEO took over. Starbucks is trash.

The Starbucks in Lathrop is a fantastic spot! I love the vibe here—it’s warm, welcoming, and perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. The place is always clean, including the restrooms, which is a big plus. The staff is friendly, efficient, and provides great service. Overall, it’s a great Starbucks location that never disappoints!

Nasty ass drinks, given wrong size. when asked for the correct size, drink was thrown together in bigger cup. Neither of my drinks were made correctly.

Review: Poor Customer Service Experience
I visited this Starbucks today (Lathrop Starbucks) and had a disappointing experience with lady staff. I placed my order and waited patiently for my food. The staff clearly saw me waiting, yet instead of calling out my order or handing it to me, they left it sitting somewhere while they were busy chatting, checking social media, and having fun .
After waiting for about five minutes, I had to approach them and ask about my order. Their response? “Your food is over there; you’re supposed to check.” When I pointed out that they saw me standing and waiting without assisting, their dismissive response was, “Thank you, have a great day,” which felt like an indirect way of saying, “Get out.”
It seemed like they purposely acted this way because I didn’t tip for my $3 order. If Starbucks has responsible managers who care about customer service, I urge you to address this behavior. There were three staff members on duty today (Three girls) who appeared more focused on their personal enjoyment than providing basic customer service.
This was unprofessional and unacceptable. Starbucks is known for its great customer service, but experiences like this make me reconsider visiting again. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures proper training for these employees.
