Placed a mobile order 12:01 PM, talked to the worker and followed up. She said it will be right out. Never got my drink. Wasted 35 minutes of my time. What’s the point of a mobile order pickup in store if it’s not ready within the timeframe they give you?

I was very disappointed with the service once we walked in we didn’t get greeted but the most disappointing thing was nobody tended to us they decided to help an off the clock associate.Once they got to us they had the most dry unhappy attitude. I’m new to the city and I didn’t expect this kind of service especially being the only Starbucks near me.

The Starbucks at Louise and I-5 is an excellent spot. The location is clean and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly and efficient, even during busy hours. It’s a great place to grab a coffee, relax, or get some work done. Highly recommend for anyone in the area!

I ordered venti frap with whipped cream and my order tasted like plain milk and ice, not a hint of coffee flavor, not sweet at all. I’ve ordered this drink for years….what I got here is not right…I had a tight deadline so did not have time to ask them to redo my order….very disappointed…

This is probably one of the biggest free standing Starbuck's that I have recently been to. Its right off of I-5 & Louise Ave in the same shopping center Target, Sprouts, In & Out Burger & Chipotle. listed as on Google maps as on Golden Valley Parkway in Lathrop, CA. The Customer service was fantastic!!
