This is the second time this happened, when they toast the sandwich, the aluminum foil fuses into the sandwich and it’s honestly a health risk. I contacted online help the first time and they said that they would contact the owner, nothing happened, no refund. They only sent me a survey after no one ever contacted me. Now the second time, I feel it’s best to leave a review since they didn’t learn from the first time.

Worst customer service Ever.The lady making my sandwich never said hello. She put bread away and ignored us for 2-3 minutes. I don't like that fact that I can't see her making my sandwich. Did she change gloves in between making a tuna fish sandwichand a roast beef? Just slapped the fixings on. Put a cold sandwich and a warm sandwich in the same bag. I know some of this might sound petty to some but I believe in giving excellent customer service. No personality what so ever. I will Never go there again.

Bought a sandwich, added smashed avocado, got sliced avocado and was told they don’t have any smashed avocado. The avocado on my sandwich was extremely hard and not soft at all, I couldn’t even squish it with my fingers. 2/10 experience, do not recommend.

I ordered lunch for my son’s class and Chanda made the process so easy for me. I ordered customized sandwiches and the everyone loved it. I love subway sandwiches myself but it’s another thing when service is great and personalized and this is what I truly love about this branch!

Been here a few times without any issues until today. Usually the staff is attentive and right on with everything. Not today. The older lady working stood and had a full conversation of her own while I stood there. After finishing her most important conversation she made my wrap and then proceeded to tell me she was charging me for the turkey/bacon wrap because it would be cheaper. I did not get bacon. I appreciated what she said about it being cheaper but after seeing my receipt it made no sense. She charged me 2.25 extra for something I didn't even get. How is that cheaper? I am not a confrontational person so I just took it and left. I will NOT come back here. Such a shame.

I order a 6 inch subway sandwich today for dinner for to go, a steak sandwich with double provolone and Jack cheese came home open my sandwich about to take a bite I noticed my sandwich is not warm, the cheese is not melt, and the steak was still cold. So not good service, the person that serves me was an white gurl time I order my sandwich between 8 to 9:45. If you know that you work in a food store please be careful with what you do to people order, cause what you do servers is what people will eat. If you know the job is not for you than don’t work there. You are serving the whole community.
