Been here a few times without any issues until today. Usually the staff is attentive and right on with everything. Not today. The older lady working stood and had a full conversation of her own while I stood there. After finishing her most important conversation she made my wrap and then proceeded to tell me she was charging me for the turkey/bacon wrap because it would be cheaper. I did not get bacon. I appreciated what she said about it being cheaper but after seeing my receipt it made no sense. She charged me 2.25 extra for something I didn't even get. How is that cheaper? I am not a confrontational person so I just took it and left. I will NOT come back here. Such a shame.

I order a 6 inch subway sandwich today for dinner for to go, a steak sandwich with double provolone and Jack cheese came home open my sandwich about to take a bite I noticed my sandwich is not warm, the cheese is not melt, and the steak was still cold. So not good service, the person that serves me was an white gurl time I order my sandwich between 8 to 9:45. If you know that you work in a food store please be careful with what you do to people order, cause what you do servers is what people will eat. If you know the job is not for you than don’t work there. You are serving the whole community.

Breads and Veggies are never fresh at this location. It’s in my own town and makes us feel sick after eating their sandwiches. Very Bad, the change dispenser didn’t even give me back the right amount of change due!

I only review when I'm either wowed or had a bad experience, that being said there were two middle aged Indian women preparing the food they were extremely welcoming with a great costumer service and adding attention to details while making the sandwich, the food was on point but most of all I want to applaud the welcoming and happy experience I wish I knew their name but I can not recall

There was a HAIR in my food!The woman was not even wearing a hair net!!!It wasn't even a normal hair, it was a NASTY LITTLE SUCKER sorry not little, I mean it was long.UghAnywaysStay away from this place guys.It was dirty there too ughThe lady touched the register with her gloves even and then she continued to make my sandwich with those same gloves.So that was revoltingAnd the total for 2 footlongs was $25!That's insane, right?

Not sure why the bad reviews, as the food/customer service is superb from my experience compared to the alternatives in the area. Hard to find a good value lunch, where the employees are happy and friendly. Will definitely be returning again!

I made a mistake when ordering online and found that order at a different location of where I was at the time I tried calling them at 5:00 PM and it went to voicemail so I can’t cancel the order

I ordered two footlong #99 Grand Slam Ham sandwiches from here and I received the worst customer service. I checked my sandwiches and noticed they gave me regular size portions for ham instead of the original 30% extra that all sandwiches come with. I asked them why they gave me so little and all they said was, “it’s only 30% more cheese not meat.” I clearly showed them they were in the wrong and kept arguing with them for about 10 minutes until they gave me my 30% portions. I usually don’t make a big deal about these things, but the attitude these employees gave me was absolutely terrible. Never will order from here again. Not paying extra for less.

The egg sub sandwich is not consistent. Based on employee serving you get either 4 on full sandwich or 2. When I asked her she denied and was like I don't care. You take it or not that's what my owner told me to do.

With all the bad reviews I can see why the service is terrible and sandwich preparation is terrible and to make things worst the cashier wouldn’t take a five dollar bill because it had a small tear on the corner and it was worn out. Hello!! it’s cash it gets passed on and passed eventually it’s gets worn out especially cash!

Service was great till they have new employees and might be the owners son and daughter. Young lady no customer service asked a kids meal and gave smallest sandwich and paid $5.50!!
