Walked in to order, ordered and watched 8 cars go thru the drive thru before i got my order wth. Portion sizes keep getting smaller too...went kfc after. Restaurant is clean.

Ordered on the app. Went in to pick up food. Noone at the counter. No employees to be found. Waited for another 10 min at least. Noone came. Other customers standing around waiting for assistance. Restaurant was dirty. I cannot attest to the food as I never received any. I canceled my order and went to Manteca Northgate location. Had a very good experience at that location. That Lathrop store needs to be investigated.

I waited in a drive thru for 20 minutes already after that when i go to the window he said me that you have to go around again which is not fare i already told him both the names on speaker then also he said me to go around and again i waited for 15 minutes. I think the guy don’t know the rules and regulations.
