The lady working here was so rude and she didn’t explain from the beginning that they don’t take gift cards!! They can’t check the balance of gift cards and when I tried to use mine she didn’t know how to do it, which would’ve been nice to know before I ordered.

The guy working here is so rude. I asked him if there is dairy in ice cream. He was making fun of me, laughing at me, shaking his hand. I might ask the question wrong since I am not a native speaker but still.. he was so rude, maybe racist. Never got this attitude from any service staff

Would give zero stars if possible, I went in today stood there for about ten minutes there was no person in the front, eventually a lady sitting in the back cracks the door open and say something in Spanish I replied to her with I don’t speak Spanish then she tells me “I’m on a ten minute break” ….I’ve been standing out at the counter for ten minutes but ok… seems very unprofessional to me if they are understaffed put up a sign l! will be back eventually since apparently a ten minute break is not ten minutes to her. And the employee shouldn’t assume someone speaks Spanish for whatever reason,I don’t walk in speaking my native language when I want to order something.

Went to this location because I wanted ice cream and the older lady with grey hair was extremely rude and made me feel uncomfortable I was trying to explain what I wanted and all she kept in doing was trying to rush me. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked for a shake l I ended up going to the other baskin on the opposite side of the free way I definitely won’t be going her again customers should feel welcomed instead she made embarrassed her customer service was horrible

I went in on my birthday for a free ice cream...true to their word I got not only a free birthday ice cream, but a smile, laughs etc from a very delightful lady behind the counter!
