Would give zero stars if possible, I went in today stood there for about ten minutes there was no person in the front, eventually a lady sitting in the back cracks the door open and say something in Spanish I replied to her with I don’t speak Spanish then she tells me “I’m on a ten minute break” ….I’ve been standing out at the counter for ten minutes but ok… seems very unprofessional to me if they are understaffed put up a sign l! will be back eventually since apparently a ten minute break is not ten minutes to her. And the employee shouldn’t assume someone speaks Spanish for whatever reason,I don’t walk in speaking my native language when I want to order something.

Very limited selection of ice cream and they didn't even have their signature gold medal ribbon. Drinks only come in medium and large and no small go figure!

Went to this location because I wanted ice cream and the older lady with grey hair was extremely rude and made me feel uncomfortable I was trying to explain what I wanted and all she kept in doing was trying to rush me. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked for a shake l I ended up going to the other baskin on the opposite side of the free way I definitely won’t be going her again customers should feel welcomed instead she made embarrassed her customer service was horrible
Located in the travel center! Stopped by after lunch before hitting the road again. TANYA was amazing she knew what all of us wanted before we even knew what we wanted! She went above and beyond for my four kids helping them with their decisions and even helping my husband as the flavor he wanted was not available and Tanya made a suggestion and gave him a sample and he got a sundae with that flavor she made the stop extra special!

Says opens til 8 every day and it's 7 and they are closed . They should update their hours and days open so people don't drive out of their way for ice cream and have to drive home with upset kids
