Chipotle Mexican Grill

Indifferent service, stale chips, chewy chicken, dirty dinning area, expensive.
As a trucker I visit a lot of Chipotles. This was not a good visit.

Just moved down the road from this location. Went there last night. That was our second time so far. It was 7 pm, on a Friday night. They had no rice in their bins, and the beans were almost empty. They were out of barbacoa, which is the only reason I even eat at Chipotle. When asked if they had more in the back, the reply was no. I wanted to leave, but was told the carnitas were good. The carnitas ended up being very tasty and moist, which is the reason I did not leave a one star review.

The employees at this location seem unhappy. Like they would rather be ANYWHERE else than there. Both times we have been there, we have noticed the disconnect. We have eaten at many locations across the country, and this is by far the saddest one we’ve ever come across. What is going on? Please plan and prep accordingly. You folks should never run out of food at 7 pm. That is food and beverage management 101…

Friendly workers. Something lacking on the chicken that day. Tables needed cleaning. First time at a Chipotle that I thought the place was not a step above the typical fast food joint. Decided to eat in the car instead of dine in.

First the ladies helping acted like I was bothering them! Second I asked for fresh Babacoa cause it looked old and she said no, ugh the constumer is always right you…………..! Literally truly bad experience never going there again

Worst customer service ever, guy at the register Eliah got mad at me because they messed up on my order and they had to remake it. Never coming here again.

rible experience from start to finish. The woman was stingy with the meat and got visibly annoyed when I asked for more. Rude and unprofessional service, poor quality food, and zero respect for the customer. Total waste of money — I wouldn’t recommend it this location if your are a big fan like i am.

The workers just seem like I’m a burden on them and that they couldn’t be cared to help me. They have attitudes and they were a bit mean. The soda machine had no syrup, there was no ice, there was just overall bad things. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

First off let me just start by saying I love chipotle and eat it all the time all over the country since I travel for work and never once in over a decade of eating chipotle have I felt inclined to write a negative review but today's visit was unfortunately bad enough to take the time to write this review. Elis (Chipotle employee) was extremely unhelpful, rude, and gave me a very unpleasant experience all around during my visit. I highly suggest avoiding visiting this Chipotle to everyone and anyone until they get some better management that cares more about the customers satisfaction & dining experience.

My recent visit to Chipotle was far from satisfactory. The guacamole was served in large, unappetizing chunks, and the order was messed up not once, but twice. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude, yelling at customers, and the bathrooms were in a disgusting state. Despite requesting double chicken, my bowl was missing this key ingredient, leaving me extremely disappointed with the overall experience. Never again

I suggest putting some spikes up on Chipotle sign on top on the main entrance door. Ultra size crows were raining “sour cream” near the main entrance door and I’m not talking about the sour cream you put on your Chipotle bowl either.

Hope don’t get sick 😅 look like undercooked chicken & definitely undercooked fajitas
