Dirty tables and floors; filthy bathroom; only spoons--no forks--and no notice about that; no dressing for the salads, which we only found out about after asking for it.

However, staff prepping food and making food were hustling and doing a good job.

Very long line. Stayed for 45 minutes on Saturday afternoon. They had only one person working to make food. Very understaffed..

I was overcharged for a kids meal by $10. I asked for a refund because it’s only $5. The manager was the least helpful and was rude.

I came in an hour before close and I just wanted to eat some dinner before continuing on the road, well I guess that was too much for the lady working the front because as I sat down to eat she kicked me out saying the lobby was closed even though there was an obvious customer eating in the lobby. Really rude

This location is definitely rest stop location. The food is restless and its services. The chicken is very dry & the service is very low. There’s always a mess here and the fountain Fresca drinks are the worst here I have ever tasted.

They were rude when we were ordering and impatient. When we went to go sit down, there were no clean tables we asked if they would come and wipe our table down. We waited more than 5 minutes. We went and asked if we could have the towel to wipe the table down. They said somebody would be with us. I ended up cleaning the table myself. Eating our full meal and nobody ever came to check to wipe the table down. And all the tables were dirty.

Typical consistent Chipotle food but the management should be embarrassed of the cleanliness. Every table was filthy, food all over the ground on a Monday afternoon. One employee named Joselyn was running the entire counter by herself. Good job by her.
