I am shocked and amazed at this chipotle . Let me get to the shocking story first . There’s this young kid who took my order when I entered and then my husband was going to order for himself and my kid . I asked for a kids quesadilla which comes with 3 sides a drink and chips . He started arguing with me called the Manager. The manager ,this lady who was worse than the person arguing , started laughing and trying to prove me wrong said apparently it was on their chart to only give one 2 sides which only has rice and beans (which is a completely lie ) because I have been getting this for my kid for the past few years . They were all laughing while there were other customers right there and when I went to the app to show them what I was telling them was correct they said that’s extra . I clearly put everything in the cart on the chipotle app and showed the manager . She was just rude and do you want it or not ! Either way when I asked for the bowl which he first made , the boy said that he didn’t make it at all and apparently I didn’t order it . I asked them to check their cameras . They said they will make another bowl , where this boy just single dumped the stuff with anger and just slid it across . My kids bowl did it even come with chips or anything .They were out of most things and the trash was overflowing 3 of them and was smelling .Also saying I do not know how this even exists . I have been a loyal chipotle customer for over 12 years . It is absolutely shocking !! Change your manager and employees .or else no one will turn up at this location . I’m sure from other reviews , you can clearly see other customers have had similar problems .

This was the first and last time I’ll be going to Chipotle in Tejon Ranch. The service was awful and employees were rude and seemed annoyed that I was there. They refused to give me cilantro on my burrito, which was a first. The dining area was a mess. Tables had not been bused or cleaned. Trash cans were overflowing. All of them. Bathrooms were disgusting. An utter disappointment for the patrons of the restaurant and a black eye for Chipotle as a corporation.

For a "fast food" place, it's good food and a great alternative to burger shops or Taco Bell. Love the corn salsa.
The men's bathroom is very dirty, a mijitorio does not work, a toilet bowl does not work, there was no soap and the hand drying machine does not work, the bottles are not working either.

Longest line I've ever waited in for a burrito that looks like it'd be on the kids menu. Ontop of how little steak I got in it a good amount of the pieces were too fatty to be edible. They charged my dad to much for his tacos and my mom had the same problems as me.

We came at dinner time on 3/26/24. The place was a mess! The dining room had many abandoned tables with food debris and trash on the floor. The drink station was a disaster. The restrooms were messy and had no paper towels or soap. Makes me wonder how the employees wash their hands without soap. They didn’t drain the chicken before putting it on my burrito so the tortilla was all wet and gross. The chips seemed like they were a day old. They ran out of taco shells (which my wife really wanted) and steak (which I really wanted). Don’t know if I’ll visit this location again next time I pass through to charge my car.Wheelchair accessibility: You can’t see the ingredients to choose from a wheelchair. Otherwise plenty of space.

The single worst Chipotle experience I have ever had. At 6:40 on a Wednesday they were out of all beans, every protein but steak and chicken and the veggies and they had no intention of cooking more for their remaining 3 hours of operation. The steak that they did have was poorly cooked and horribly salty. Their soda machine was out of multiple options and ice.The dining area and kitchen were filthy, the trash was overflowing and the bathroom looked like a horror movie. Avoid this location at all costs.

fast service, fast food customer service...It was packed. Line was long, but good thing they are fast! But they don't have time to talk to you or really finish your order. The Chipotle chips didnt have that warm lemony or line salt that makes it so yummy. I didnt get anything on my tacos and I always get white corn, sour cream and salsa. I had to keep asking for help. I heard a woman silence a man ordering because she couldn't talk slowly to him. I am wondering if the boss pushes them to hurry or what is the issue. It is off. I love Chipotle so much, but the vibe is not Chipotle! I entered with an excited mood to a stressful environment and left stressed.

This is definitely our go to place to eat when we want something healthy and fresh. Everything we eat here is great. Once in great while, we will get a burrito that is on the smaller side or once I ordered a salad and it was made without lettuce. But it’s so rare and they always make it right when you ask.
