Had a very sweet server but had an issue of an overcharge to my card. The manager at the Springfield, Missouri location on Kansas Expressway is a total A**HOLE. Refused to refund the balance difference and was absolutely rude about it. Sorry but I won't EVER be back!

I received food from IHOP that was not eatable 45 minutes late. Uber Eats refused to make it right. I cancelled my membership and am filing complaints on every review service I can find. I promise to cost them far more than the money they owe me for the terrible meal served!

I am not one to write a review ever! this place is a place to avoid! you are better off eating at the chipotle across the street where the workers there actually work. We waited 40 min for a table (cool not angry about that it is a high demand establishment) another 20 min wait for drink order to be taken, we told the server we were ready to order (food) but she said “hold up I need to go get your drink orders before I forget them” waited another 15 min for our drinks while we watched our server socialize and then had the audacity to make faces and yell out “they’re leaving omg!!” when we decided to get up and leave since no drinks were taken to us even after she had left to go get them.
Walked to the chipotle across the street and took no less than 30 min for our family of 6 to be done w our meals and on the road again. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS. Being a high demand, high traffic place you would think they are all on the same page getting as much people in and out, and having a game plan for so many people stopping there for a bite. Disappointing.

Food was cold and service was beyond slow. Mid morning on a weekday, with majority of tables open took over half an hour to set 5 groups, 15 minutes to take our drink order and half an hour to be given cold food.

I feel really bad about forgetting the waitress’s name, but there was the waitress probably like 20 to 30 years of age that was super bubbly but not annoying and just was on it bringing the coffee all the condiments checking in with us juggling multiple tables and just had a great personality When you get customer service like that reward them with a beautiful tip. God bless you and pay it forward.

The 2 stars for the waitress Breezee H. Otherwise too many issues with this venue. Waited to be seated sign. That's really meant wait forever to be seated. 3 families were waiting ahead of us on a busy Saturday afternoon. There only 2 table occupied with customers and the rest of tables were empty. However the other waiting customers all left they couldn't wait no more and we were getting to leave Breeze showed up and took us in. After waiting almost 30 minutes to be seated. Looks like a management and scheduling issues. Breeze saved the day and was very helpful and knowledgeable.

En mi experiencia, visitando IHOP en Florida, en Georgia y Tennessee, TODOS los que eh ido te separan por zonas de "güeritos" "morenitos" "negritos", uno como visitante note que en todos los IHOP porque me toco ir a otros restaurantes y todos mixes, excepto éste. Se les nota el racismo. Cuando vayan a uno, vean si tienen sus "zonas por color". La comida no es mala pero tampoco es buena, es muy regular para sus precios, hay sabores mejores en otros lugares. asi que NO recomiendo sus restaurantes.

This is for the owners, empty restaurant 2 waiters on 15 minute wait to get seated half the table where full of dirty dishes. You will not be successful at this location, do not cheap out on staff and let your service suffer

Went in on a Thursday afternoon, wait time was expected between 10-20 minutes. I haven't waited for an IHOP in 10 years since Christmas one time. What is going on at this location that I don't know? Why was it packed with 40 people and not enough workers? Is this common here? I'll park on other side and go to Blackbear diner instead next time no wait EVER for me 3 times this year i visited.

This replaced the iron skillet! Gone are the home-cooked meals, replaced by processed foods! The people there were friendly and courteous. I miss the days when fellow drivers would gather around, listening to the old guys telling stories of the days gone by. 34 years I have been driving the highways and byways of life. 😮💨
