And get our food which was hot and delicious. Our Server was Brock and he was EXCELLENT ‼️‼️

We love IHOP but we just left the Kingsport location at 10:15p.m. along with 6 other waiting customers as the waitress and cook and all employees had walked out of the 24/7 location. They weren't even there when we arrived. Doors unlocked, everything on. We were told by other customers at their table that the waitress would be right back, she had to run an errand. The restaurant literally has no one responsible for it right now. We were looking forward to eating there but unfortunately, this is obviously very unprofessional. The restaurant wasn't full, only 2 couples eating. One couple was literally getting their own drinks. What has happened to what was once my favorite place?

I go to the ihop in sanford florida and bree is a young and strong excellent waitress, she never complains even if we do and she has always earned her big tips from us since we are difficult customers- the food is delicious and affordable- try the sirloin tips with extra mushrooms and onions and God and Jesus love you!

Five of us visited the Bismarck location. The to-go order was brought to our table immediately and the five of us waited for our food. Our orders came out piece meal, someone’s pancakes, then someone’s meal minus the hash browns, then someone’s meal minus the pancakes. My omelette and pancakes were barely warm, and the pancakes were nothing special; definitely not fluffy. No beverage refills offered. When we paid, someone in our party was charged twice (they checked their account before leaving.) I’ve been to this location three times, and the last two times have been disappointing. Not going back.

Just let me start by saying for the first time ever I’ve given zero for a tip after standing at the please wait to be seated sign for about three minutes the woman looked up from her phone and then walk into the kitchen, leaving me there Another guy walks in says you’ve been here long just a couple minutes I said to be fair I didn’t yell at her, so maybe she didn’t see me but she just walked away while I was standing here she came and sat the two of us. She took my order and the guy after ne’s order two more guys walked in she took their orders. She brought out the guy behind me food then she brought up the other two people’s food who came in after us then finally she brought my food with pancakes not hashbrowns because she never even bothered to ask me and I forgot that you got your choice. Then she walks away after bringing me the hashbrowns not even giving me the chance to say I’d like Tabasco sauce had to wait 15 minutes for her to come back after id already ate my omelette and my food was cold meeting at sat there till she decided to bring it to me after bringing everybody else Their food who came in after me so if you see the woman in the video I’d walk away don’t bother trying to get service out of her.

Great service, Irma was my server and she was very friendly, really made my aunt and uncle feel at home. However the air conditioning was as SIMPLY TOO GODDAMN COLD. You could probably keep cold cuts preserved at this temperature. Turn up THE DAMN HEAT.
