The staff at this Jack in the Box are incredible! We were there yesterday in the afternoon and were pleasantly surprised to find that our mobile order was ready on time and most importantly it was accurate! I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a quick bite while on the go!

Very poorly run location. I'd say don't come but if you're coming here you don't have much choice. I've watched one of the three employees walk in circles doing an unbelievably few number of things for the past half hour.

It’s very rare that a fast food place has employees who are courteous and pleasant. My receipt says Trinity was my server. Excellent customer service. Very polite and professional. I wish all employees had the attitude of Trinity.

We stopped here on Thanksgiving day (for dinner) 2024 and had such a great experience! The staff went above and beyond for us, and we really appreciated their customer service. As Californians, we are becoming so used to poor customer service, but this place had the best customer service we have had in a very long time (Think back in the day. Warm, friendly, and accommodating). Every time i approached the counter, they greeted me and asked what I needed, politely. Highly recommend this place for families who are traveling. Cheryl and the staff were excellent!

Best Jack in the Box! I eat jack in the box regularly and drive up and down the state, this is my favorite. Every location differs in how they make their tacos and this location always delivers. The service we received on the night of 9/27/24 was exceptional as well.
